Home of former VP Mike Pence and the headquarters of the Cummins Engine Company, Columbus is located in sunny southern Indiana. If architecture is something that interests you give it a look after you’ve spent some time visiting Nashville. You won’t regret it
@@dylankiefer3840 eastern, the people in Ohio are far from midwesterners, the culture is eastern as well lived there for 4 years and it’s not a Midwest state and I was born and raised central Illinois.
@@bradenjones5346west of I-75, the part that touches Indiana, is definitely Midwestern, at least from a truckers perspective… east of 75, though… that’s basically just a less crowded PA. I feel bad for Wheeling, WV though, being caught between eastern Ohio and western PA yet having more in common with some small city in IL…
Technically Illinois would be an eastern state so your definition is wrong. Ohio is not northeast if it's not midwest nor is it entirely southern. You could say it's either rust belt or part of the great lakes region if you really don't want it in the midwest. If you're talking directional compass region though it's majority midwest especially western Ohio, but Cincinnati eastward into Wayne forest feels culturally and geographically more like the south.
@Jjjaaahhnn Okay, Ohio is definitely NOT north east because of where it's located. It's surrounded by West Virginia. Pennsylvania. Michigan and Indiana (Which are Midwestern states) There's two different parts of the Midwest. You have the the Great lakes of the Midwest and also The Great plains of the Midwest. The Northeast is the New England area. Ohio and Illinois are Midwest. Not New England
