Since when do orcas kill their own kind? Last I heard, orcas are one of the most social animals on the planet, and their familiar bonds are very strong. They kill dolphins, but unless it was two different pods that didn't get along, I don't see why they'd kill each other. And even then, orcas usually don't interact with other pods

Orcas don’t usually kill their own kind, but won’t hold against it. I think they meant orcas because they love to play with food and be cruel (knowing full well it’s wrong). And they meant hippos because hippos will kill their own kind, especially calves that aren’t theirs (and sometimes even theirs)

Insects do indeed feel pain. Some also have great memories and can remember human faces and more for quite some time. Some insects also look for suger when not allowed to mate meaning they can get depressed in a way. They get drunk to take away pain lol. Overall bugs ain't all that bad there just normal animals.

It's not even that realistic considering gators only really kill smaller ones for food. Adults fighting is usually between males for territory during mating season when they are more aggressive. not for sport.

i do feel like hypers (and strains in general) are so far off, that they might be seen by the community as a shiny thing being dangled in front of the playerbase, as if to say "Hey, look at this really cool playable! But it's dev only right now, and will be for the foreseeable future. But it's something the game will have, *someday*! Does it make you wanna buy the game?". If they were just concept art instead of fleshed out playables it would be different. Honestly though, I'm kinda glad they are? I'd love for them to be unlockable, but even as dev-only things i think they're cool to see ingame. It's always a treat to see one on a server, it spices things up and gives me something to really fear. I do understand if players are starting to get frustrated at how long it's been, though. My guess is that the devs didn't expect the game to go for 5-6 years without being finished, and thats why it's taking so long
This is the reason I stopped playing as a Deino. You are basically dead if two KOSsers like that comes up against you. You can't even escape alone. Sad. EDIT: I just got the info, that he played on a FREE GROWS server. Therefore he didnt kill anyone that spent 5 hours of his life growing a dinosaur. So its completely fine since you dont lose anything by dying on a free grows server but the location which noone cares about anyway.
