In some regards it is possible for a speedster to lend some speed to others (speedsters and non speedforce users) This can be seen when Reverse Flash give Cheetah speed force abilities, and she is off to hunt down Flash. Flash simply removes the speed force powers from her, but it is not out of the question of a speedforce user could give a horse speedforce powers to some capacity.

The flash can not transfer the speed force to the horse unless he literally turns into lightning speed and goes inside the horse. Then the horse will have speed. Because if you watch the cw flash series in season 6 and you see the episode where flash turns into lightning speed and go inside gorilla grood to fight solivar.
flash can bring people to speed force but they cannot stay inside the speed force for a long periode of time because their metabolism is still normal not like a speedster
I think that the gamedevelopers shuld make flash faster so he runs faster in general and he can boost so he can run faster than superman bec superman basicly being faster than the flash is just another reason that superman is the best and probly the only charakter to play if you actualy wanne be good
