I had a tree speak send Vibes or whatever it did the energy was strong enough for me to know the tree wanted a hug or just wanted me to touch it. This was 4 hours ago and it is still running through my mind and then I see this comment. Energy is real man
Great video! Thank you. We don’t have any needs, they are external & we create our own needs. Have you noticed? That aloneness, has the word oneness in it. I have always been fascinated with sacred geometry, the beautiful shapes which are also found right through nature. The power of form & cymatics, will bring a deeper meaning to the circle life. Taking the middle ground is where we find balance & non duality, but, we have to experience duality, in order to find the middle ground & our peace. I learnt this through sacred geometry, its frequency & vibration. Another thing, labels & beliefs, if you stay in the latter - it will keep you from finding the middle ground of enlightenment. Namaste, Fraya 🙏
What you say, I feel like you are giving voice to my own experiences. I also meditate about love and have realised I am love itself. When there is love, there is no I.
it occurs to me that TWO lone wolves that meet in the forest cannot stay in the same domain... they recognize each other TOO thoroughly no matter how enamoured they may be "in the moment"... i beleive this to be a high level realization. Namaste.
Thanks so much. I needed to hear that. Your voice, your message, and your presence made me relaxed and secure in what and where I am. I do not want anything but the happiness and awakening of all creatures. God bless you.
you are helping me stay connected to my mission do alignment. everything you said was so eloquently put- having no one understand what seems so clear to me is baffling. even my spiritual friends who simply can’t understand from my intuitive place. and what do i say lol. this world drives me fucking nuts. but you’re right i’m not alone. alignment has these tests in the 3D world for a reason, our energy has evolved through several lifetimes. we are at the end of our karmic cycle ✨
So glad to hear that. And so I'd ask you, what would happen if you removed the attachment you have wanting/expecting others to understand what seems so clear to you from your intuitive place?
I think what most spiritual seekers don't realize is that a spiritual path may take the form of what doesn't seem to be very "transcendental". Some of the more spiritual people may be those around us who seem to be enmeshed with material things and the 'everyday' routine.
ah ha very interesting lone wolf story of Siddhartha - my explosure to Siddhartha came from Herman Hesse variation that i read as a kid and the part where Siddhartha and the old ferry man are sitting by the river and Siddhartha has an epiphany (i paraphrase) when Siddhartha sticks his had in the river and realizes he is connected to all the water around the world that eventually runs into the ocean - as a kid this got my attention and still does - on another branch one of the pitfalls, pot holes is "Spiritual Pride" thinking you know something that makes you think, your ego, that you are special too
Bravo 👏 , Vid' noted - Thanks for the inspiration 'Fraya Siddhartha', (aka - old flame Natalie 👀). Mmmm, now where to head? Episode 5/ Episode 7/ Algorithm - ahhh, the endless adventure 🙏❤✌
Thank you for these videos! I am currently on my 8th year of seeking, since I sold my company back in 2017 and began traveling the world (and the USA during Covid) to "find myself". I have tried being a teacher, but it was from the institutional world of education - while in a PhD program and teaching English while abroad. Though I felt good about passing along my knowledge to others and watching them grow and get excited about what we covered, I found the institutional requirements both frustrating and constrictive. Your videos are really helping me see my own path better as I try and try to find my place in this world.
Yes, I did! And it explained perfectly why it didn’t work for me to be the owner of a 100+ employee company! I knew that it wasn’t a fit for me, but that video helped me understand why. Keep up the great work!
Superb perspective. Great message today, Fray. I 'gauge' my spiritual process and progress through a weekly I Ching reading....it seems to coincide with 'The Way'. I really do get a lot of emotional and intellectual validation thru your 'teachings', Fraya. I truly admire your approach to things such as this. Thank You. Grace & Peace Always. miT
I love being alone. I always have done. I go out into the matrix to be around people and learn about people. But they’re not actually part of my life on the hole. Groups of people you end up doing what someone else wants to do, which I why I always go out solo as well, then I can leave when I want to leave
This video is scarily, weirdly true, of my life, especially the past few years as I’ve come to know and revere my authentic lone wolf self. I have felt broken and lost since I can remember, but no longer. One recent, helpful learning regarding Truth Two-it isn’t desires or wants that are necessarily the cause of suffering, but the attachment to them. Trying to rid the mind of desire is futile, and…undesirable 😊. Through mindfulness -slowing down, meditating, writing - un-attaching is possible. Thank you for this video ☮️❤️🙏
and after some further thought- i'd say that if you didn't have an attachment to the desire, then would the desire still be there? Like I desire cake, but I'm not attached to having it, I'm not attached to the sugar high I'll get from it, so then do I still desire it? Perhaps once the attachment is removed, then so is the desire?
Yes…there are things I desire that are not good for me-addictions. The less I attach to them, either by indulging or fighting, the less the desire. The thought “oh, let’s go get high!” Is very infrequent now, and has only a momentary existence in my mind, is gone as soon as it appears. I can say it is no longer a desire, thank goodness. However, desire is energy, drive, purpose. For example, I want to drive to Alaska in a camper (among other nature adventures). When I attach to that intense desire, I get into all kinds of trouble-frustration, impatience, doubt, despair, anger, procrastination, and so on. When I take a step back, get out of egoistic attachment, I’m able to joyfully, creatively, confidently, successfully make progress toward my goal. This story is much longer and more complex than this version. The scariest thing for me now is losing this life, and my desires therein, where it had gotten to the point of being unlivable.
In case it's helpful, the English word "desire"--as a translation of the Buddhist term "tanha"--can mislead us to an extent. Probably "pathological desire" would be a better rendering in this context. Since some desires--such as the desire to meditate, the desire for all sentient beings to be free of suffering, the desire to lead a moral life, etc.--are good and encouraged... The ambiguity of the English term causes a lot of confusion around this. 🤍
Like looking in a mirror. Thank you for saying these things. I no longer “need” love. It is abundant in me and flows out. Thank you for the special gift.
On the other hand, dependence on other people can deplete our resourcefulness. I find that if I'm stuck with a problem, I bring my personal resources to bear in order to solve it. So it breeds initiative. I've often found that if I'm engaged in a project - such as, say, moving house - everything tends to go smoothly... until other people get involved!
That is a good description why it is so difficult to follow one's own path. The distractions to follow my soul's journey are many. I'm not so passionate as Vincent van Gogh a great truth seeker. He searched for truth through painting. He was not acknowleged by society while living. Only many years later was he recognized as great artist. Despite of barly surviving and being rejected, he never gave up his passion, his reason for living.
Fraya, great video. YES the alignment and calibration of the middle for me is where i am at. You have been very eloquent in how you teach and present the wisdom of others and your experiential wisdom. I greatly appreciate and respect you for what you are doing. You mentioned love, this is where i am at seeking this through observing, romance also, with no attachments from either party with healthy boundaries but fun. Keep kill'n it i always look forward to your videos, with my morning coffee :)
Glad to hear all that! You might like to read a book by Osho - Love, Freedom, Aloneness - Many of my thoughts and feelings were confirmed by reading that book.
Balance of the heart, mind and will allows for Harmony. The Whole of Life is not all about a metaphorical 'journey' (becoming) alone ; All This has to do with an attentive mind (being) as well. Dare to care. A lesser know short short story by Hesse is titled "The Indian Life" (?)(a-fixed to ML: The Glass Bead Game). I would argue the merit of his main idea but there is also something worth contemplating and, in effect liberating at play....
Mmmm, so much in this vid' - Infact - perhaps everything. Perhaps will not be the last time I watch it. Thanks Fraya 'Siddhartha' ❤ (Uncanny recollection to Left of the Middle - Natalie Imbruglia - must be the eyes) 👀🥳🙏
Gee, during this episode the door for a kind of bliss & contentment opens, thanks for that ..... a perfect passtime. The episode is being noted in a new notebook!! I/ Phil does have a question, (if you are not overly time ridden & available),... If Siddhartha feasted on food given as newly self-realized in the 8th week, who provided the food to recognise this state of being - were there already enlightened ones in the vicinity? .... Mmmm, I could be becoming overly attached to this episode & luckily I am reincarnating into a new thought stream of making lunch soon. Thanks Fraya 'Siddhartha' Mortensen. ❤
Yes... I totally relate with this 100%. Thank you for this and all your other videos. 🙏🏾✨👩🏾🎓💯 I definitely feel the teacher in me... Not at all a leader ever. Thank you for this. I look forward to more of your words and teachings. Yes yes. Lone Wolfs Unite ✊🏾💪🏾🤘🏾🙏🏾✨❤️
"What can you do?" "I can think, I can wait, I can fast" There's a movie called Siddhartha from 1972 (Only one I've watched, there are remakes upon remakes) based on Hermann Hesse's book. I highly suggest it, but don't expect it to be a thriller. Warning, in case you or someone you watch it with are against this, there are parts where he's with a woman and they do some stylized filming (nothing actually showing, but explicit shadows, just thought I'd make sure you're aware).
Hello Fraya My name is Frankie , I’ve been in healthcare and psychology for my life’s work so far. Where have you gathered your information? Based on my readings it is very accurate . I agree with not taking psychotropic medications as this alters your body’s chemistry indefinitely. A spiritual healing takes years but once you’ve arrived at peace in your mind, we can maintain bc we found the pathway ourselves.
Your thoughts are deeply appreciated. I’ve always felt like a lone wolf, but never truly accepted it. Over my 59 years of life, I have had many wonderful experiences as well as many painful ones. I have been a seeker of new experiences and ideas. The labels of life long learner and multipotentialite seem to fit, but your description of the lone wolf’s journey feels more apt. Each of us has our own journey. While I would love to have discussions with you as there is so much more to share, I’ll simply say that I look forward to your next video. Thank you.
You spoke about dreams and in judaism I also know how profound dreams are as we have a special koheniim prayer basically on dreams. My question though is numbers. don't exclude what you can learn from society. the temptation to go into nature is the easy path - you speak of doing things a new way and then say because buddha was enlightened in nature this is the way. The journey is different for everyone. You can be enlightened through other people because other people are nature. Don't assume that the only thing you can learn from people is by speaking with them and being around them in the typical way you are used to. you learn from the pain, you learn from the observation, you learn from the different ways they think, and how it shines a light on your own ego and whatever else you hiding from in yourself. In this day and age the lone wolf mission is not for the purpose of being alone, but to take what they learn and share something that can help the collective. Even if you spent your entire your life in isolation you still would be uploading your consciousness and growth in to the collective mind.
