What if she likes this one or she is battling a condition? Yeah, she is a public figure but we not entitled to say whatever we want to her. Keep some advice to yourself.Boundaries boundaries…Oops kepha na Queen Ninja is so opinionated on other peoples business ah azilime ziyetjeni 😢😢
Hi
I know you didn't know a few things, mara.
1. It is not a lawyer's job
2. Lawyers can be sued for malpractice.
I am waiting for successful divorced, all I want is Sonia Booth to be the first guest.
but you guys know if lobola gets paid you are automatically married in community of property even if you don’t register the marriage
so should you get married after the separation that marriage is null and void
meaning you need to go divorce the first guy that paid lobola legally
if you don’t get the divorce from that first guy he he has the right to come and claims assets you have acquired way after you guys separated
This is unnecessary if you don't inform the courts and keep it between families.
I got lobolad, we broke up and we just teared the "proof" papers and moved on.
According to home affairs I was never married and we're both at peace
My Mom uses her last name since she was married to my dad, but the lady after divorce she changed her last name to my dad name and i was like why now instead of being happy to actually used your last name but inconvenience yourself now to the last name of a man you divorce it?
Re tla tshaba go nyalwa tlheng 😂
I'm thinking the same thing 😂
Did you pay for services that you are saying your attorney didn't render?
Remember, lawyers provide services paid for.
I am also divorcing, and I have seen how everything needs to be paid for. 😅
She didn't know about these things but as legal people they could have informed her and she would have paid
It's normal that when u have anew document the old one is null and void. R1200 a month later I get msgs that there's payment pending
😮
Hi Owamie so when you went to home affairs and reapply for a new ID which papers/documents do they needed ?
I only gave them my old ID that’s it
Divorce decree, affidavit stating why you are changing surname that's it
Mna I did continue to use my maiden name and even bought a home with it and it was approved
As for 'guduluza the whole😂 house"😂
Lesson:don't sign your life away😂
Don't regret your decisions ninja, you we through hell and back to teach and help us make better decisions.
I am sure the majority of us will remember this video 😜 when we sign.
Also what is the reasoning behind changing surnames? Like who put this law in place? Can't them children do that and I keep mine? Kurough man
You are not allowed to go back and use the old id even with the same surname, if you apply for a new id it cancel the old id, it is illegal to use the old id, after you lose it and apply new id after that you find the old one do not use it is illegal
So True
It was actually Owamie’s negligence that she didnt change her ID after she got married. She didnt disclose this to the lawyer, I wouldnt blame the lawyer for this as well.
Owammie never forgets the prize tag😱
Queen
❤❤
I must go to home affairs and check mine but I did change it back to my surname just to safe I must go and check
😂😂😂 if only you knew I carried my divorce degrees for nine years, couldn't buy a house, not sure of two months because home affairs don't know their story, good luck
Do people shame others for being divorced, wow !?! Your story is eye opening…
Its true baby girl
U DID NOT POST WITH GOGO MANZINI FRIDAY
What is the masterclass about
🎉🎉Hi queen Ninja❤
❤❤❤
The surname change is so easy but changing it back is a mission, yoh😢
Not me reading this, married to my husband and him currently fighting with his ex wife to drop his last name. BEGGING HER TO TAKE BACK HER MAIDEN NAME!!!! Moghel is holding on for dear life. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
She can’t drop it at home affairs unlesss she married again or request to drop it
@@Lesegoo3753 it's been 2 years. At this point I'm assuming it's a matter of not WANTING to. She wants to have the same surname as us.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
What’s the master class on?
Building a UA-cam
Sorry Owami I am from there, it's not easy believe me? I walked the same way as you
I’m keeping my Ex surname the hustle of changing my documents and anyway I’ve got 3 handsome boys , who are using the same surname and right now I’m working to secure my bag not looking at getting married again , I’ve accomplished a lot alone andizi😅
@msvee1320 Makes absolute sense...imagine keeping it when you don't even share a puppy 🐕 😢
But you're divorced.....now imagine your ex gets married again and the new wife has the same surname as you.....the ex. Hayi ke you're a better person than me. The moment I get divorced I'm assuming my own identity I don't want the association.
@@Claire-yt6xxthey have kids, that’s the ultimate association
Ninjas am I the only one who always wanted to keep their name just to honour my parents🤔like I've always figured I'd just hyphenate my Children's surnames. Icacile I'm the problem mos
Annulment after 10 years of marriage 😂😂
Yes it was a scam😂😂😂😂
