Delima should answered "yes" or "no", unless the Judge will ask a further explanation. Why this Judge allowed her to answer more than the question asked? She should be treated like everybody under oath. Answer the question and just the question only.
It's only now that I'm able to watch such an interesting banter bet these two lawyers and I must admit, I find that Ms. De Lima was also well versed w the law, as she.shld be.
