Der pneumatische Schraubverschließer kann auf alle gängigen Kapsel- und Flaschenformate angepasst werden. Die Flasche wird auf den Flaschenteller gestellt, pneumatisch angehoben und in den Verschließkopf gedrückt. Der Vorgang wird durch das gleichzeitige Betätigen der beiden Schalter ausgelöst.
Unsere Schraubverschließer sind mit robusten Verschließköpfen der neuesten Generation ausgerüstet und können auf alle gängigen Kapsel- und Flaschenformate angepasst werden.
Die Verschließköpfe sind komplett aus Edelstahl hergestellt und sind je nach Verschlussart mit drei oder vier Rollen ausgestattet. Die Schraubverschließer sind aus Edelstahl und anderen korrosionsbeständigen Materialien hergestellt.
Im Lieferumfang ist ein voreingestellter Verschliesskopf enthalten.

É un tappatore semiautomatico pneumatico molto semplice da utilizzare. Nato come tappatore da banco o da laboratrio, è capace di produrre, grazie a un operatore, circa 400/800 bottiglie per ora. Il tappatore è costrutito completamente in acciaio inossidabile AISI 304 con una struttura portante in alluminio, completo di testa capsulatrice a 4 rullini indipendenti M14 per un singolo formato di chiusura. È possibile inoltre grazie a un piattello regolabile, sostituendo la barra filettata, coprire diversi formati di bottiglie (A min = 80 [mm] - A max = 350 [mm]). Il tappatore è certificato secondo le normative CE. L'operatore, una volta verificata l'altezza della bottiglia da trattare per mezzo della scala graduata posta sul lato macchina, dovà posizionare la bottiglia completa di capsula da lavorare sull'apposito piattello porta bottiglia. Il ciclo di lavoro avviene per mezzo della pressione contemporanea di due pulsanti pneumatici posti sui lati (mantenendoli premuti fino a fine ciclo) che aziona un cilindro pneumatico per un tempo T che sale fino a far lavorare la testa capsulatrice; terminata la chiusura il cilindro ritorna nella posizione iniziale terminando il ciclo. A questo punto l'operatore può lasciare i pulsanti e prelevare il prodotto tappato.

The electric - pneumatic screw capper is a bench mounted screw capping machine which uses a pneumatic piston to push the bottle into the rotating ROPP head.
It is ideal for small scale production runs and/or laboratories.
Screw capping head with 4 rollers - 2 seaming and 2 threading - for high quality screw caps processing. Head made of stainless steel. One capping head included. Other capping heads formats available and/or interchangeable upon request.
The cap is positioned manually on the bottle. The bottle is then placed on the plate. The capping head then automatically first pushes the cap down into the bottle's neck and then threads and seals the screw cap.
Suitable for different standard bottle formats.
Prior to despatch of each screw capper, we configure and test the unit with the bottle and cap combination specific to what the customer will be using.
