      NM is part of NE. NM is collective term for the membrane of both nucleus & ER.

    I was scraping at my cheek for a good while but I didn’t see any scraping accumulate. Are they there and I just can’t see them or am I doing something wrong?

      Even a quick, light brush across the inner cheek surface will yield tons of cells. Maybe your microscope light setting, maybe inadequate staining, maybe not knowing what to look for in the slide.. This is one of those experiments with assured result no matter how poorly you execute it.

      It's not possible because you gotta dye the cheek cell for you to observe it under a microscope
