President Dwight D. Eisenhower's farewell address was broadcast on all the major news networks. But, not the full address.
Eisenhower warned of the Military Industrial Complex. That part was cut from the broadcast.

Eisenhower and JFK basically gave the same speech. To disband the military industrial complex, but our government does not want to heed those words and we have been in wars for the last couple of decades because of it and about to enter another one.

I don't why it's so hard for people to accept things that are obvious, JFK was murdered by forces in the USA and these forces still exist. Secondly, every president is not the president but these forces so in other words having a president is an illusion in the USA, no wonder why Trump was hated so much, it was because he acted mostly out of his own will, just remember all those accusations they pinned on him.
