    Meat eating is our birthright.
    Bring it on.

I've been trying along these lines for a long time, with very little results. IMHO the best way is to thrive to promote plant based by us being healthy and balanced.and silently influence others.

This is excellent and said exactly the way I needed to hear to be more assertive when communicating with meat eaters. Thank you for videos.

The claim of the woman "who wanted to eat chicken" is categorically false and an egregious misrepresentation of the documentary and of what she said herself in that very documentary. It is fine to defend veganism, I am vegan myself, but misrepresenting reality should be left to people with nefarious agendas. We should not lower ourselves to their level. Instead, we should do our best to lift them up to a higher level than the one they are on.

Well put and logically reasoned, thanks. Could you tell me what were the cutoff BMI numbers for overweight and obese? It seems 23 and not 25 would give such a high percentage of overweight. Some doctors like Dr. Fuhrman do suggest this number.

Go vegan for your health, whole food plant based.
Go vegan for the animals. Go vegan for the planet. Go vegan and be healthier and happier.
A lower risk of heart disease and cancer for you and a better planet for everyone, human and animals.
Eating healthy is not a diet it is a healthy life style.
Go out and look around. The vast majority of people you see are obese or al least over weight.
People do not need to be fat shamed BUT being over weight is not healthy and leads to a host of illnesses.
When you look around you can see all the unhealthy people without taking a blood test or a fitness test
"NORMAL" for the average American is "UNHEALTHY" The health of society is in decline.

Golden rule eat beef and stay away from official health advisories.on many many subjects...red meat has many things you cant get elsewhere...after watching this go get a second opinion from the other experts who disagree with these experts ...never trust anyone..double check with others..

You really brushed over that 'carbs makes you fat' argument without addressing it. That's because there is no counter-argument to the plain fact.

Yes. Carbs raise the hormone insulin making it hard to avoid t2d. Our foods even if they say organic is a fallacy.
      We are done for.

That's because carbs nor fats nor protein make you fat. TOO MUCH of any of them does. It's no more complicated than that.
