I was really lucky to get this last year for $10 on amazon, I had been considering it at 40. I had the same first thought when I opened an empty box. Then realized the boxes counted, and was soooo glad I got it for $10. Most of mine matched up with boxes but I had a few that did not go together which is fine, nice adds to my mini Bratz and I think at least 1 was exclusive to this box. Really lame to have the same things in different advent calendars. I am not really crazy about the real makeup, one day it may get bad and ruin the little doll props.
