Hey Shrew, I just found your channel and would like to say I really enjoyed the mushroom talk. If you’re interested in fungi, I work with bacterial communication and one of the coolest forms is actually with a type of fungus! Paenibacillus vortex and the fungus Aspergillis fumigatus have a crazy symbiotic interaction where the bacteria will swarm (to move) and actually carry conidia of the fungus with them and have been observed using them to bridge gaps the bacteria would not otherwise be able to cross. They also make very cool patterns if you loon up P. vortex. Great video, will definitely stick around for future videos

I couldn't help but giggle at your talk about Capsaicin, because one of the treats I give to my pet parrot is dried chilies, he loves tearing into them and its fun to watch.. But its less fun when you forget you just touched a spicy pepper and rub your eyes

minecraft 100 days in a dying universe have a space mod and some other mods that make each planet uninhabitable over time. different shit on each world and you gotta rush to get to the next one before that world is destroyed. end goal is like a space station or stabilize a world. Would require a little custom modding but itd be worth it :)

@@ShrewGoo a weird type of plant species called tubers can basically multiply underground and why they are so successful in doing this is because a variety of reasons #1 is probably to keep them safe not just from predators like Locusts and grasshoppers but also from the temperature above ground these plants are also extremely hearty and resilient crops being able to grow in most climates the group contains species such as Potatoes, carrots, Beetroot, radishes etc and the strangest fact of all is how they reproduce it's asexually through parts called eyelets and this act kills the original tuber but creates more in it's place
listening to your ramble about mushrooms and little plant facts was so incredible, reminding me of sitting with my older sibling and taking an interest in their interests just so that they will ramble to me about stuff i don’t know so i can learn about it

here is a tip, use endoflames for localised mana production, as they are easy to make, and can be fed anything flammable to make quite a bit of mana. also, the mushroom tangent was good
Yah I ended up setting up a few endoflames next to our glaciafloras to make mana quicker now that I think about it I prob coulda set them up in the nether lol And I’m really glad you enjoyed the mushroom tangent!!

Thank you so much I’m really glad you enjoyed the Ted talk and I’d say the reason it felt like we were having a convo is because I’m mind we were, that’s usually how I talk with people irl too I just like learning and knowing stuff and sharing that stuff with others that’s like 90% of my personality the other ten being a big animal lover lol I’ve been trying to get into doing videos on other games and non 100 days series but i find it very hard to make time for it since I do all the filming and editing for the 100 days videos myself. I’m looking into hiring a editor for a second channel where I post the same typa videos but other games and non 100 days but with all the memes and vibes of the normal videos. So hopefully I’ll be able to do that soon cause I really would love it. My computer atm is like over 10 yrs old and barely holds together while editing so every few clicks I have to wait a min or two for stuff to load so it takes a lot longer to make videos but I think soon when I get a new pc I’ll be able to make 100days faster and have time for other types of videos along with possibly streaming or at least I really want to start streaming but we will have to see how life leads me I’m just riding the waves trying to find directions atm. I really do appreciate all the words you’ve said I’ll be thinking about them for a while it really does mean a lot that I know I have a community that’s as supportive as you guys backing me up. Honestly I’ve struggled a lot mentally over the years and because of this UA-cam thing I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been even got to move out on my own.
