My brother had the game so I gave it a try since I enjoyed the flawed charm of the Dreamcast era Sonic. Being a metalcore fan I was caught off guard since I expected the usual buttrock track to spin when it's boss time. "Undefinable" had that anime shonen vibe that fitted the theme and the battle, "Find Your Flame" similar fashion. However this one is the odd of the bunch, it's my favorite and kinda wondered how in hell Sonic went from innocent "hell yeah" buttrock to more heavy metalcore vibe... Just all of a sudden, I half expected for the Sonic fandom to reject this. I personally think SEGA made a step in the right direction with this game, it's like they are finally not afraid to experiment again, they marketed Sonic the correct way, especially with the movies and now with this newfound boldness I believe Sonic's redemption arc has began washing out the heavy stain of 06. All they have to do is polish what they have even more, and put more metalcore. Happy to see the fans having fun with those tracks, covering them and singing along resting assure that SEGA, Nintentwon't sue your ass.

"Show yourself" is a commonly misheard line from the song. It's not actually in the lyrics. Kellin screams "Don't look down" twice.
