A few days ago I made my biggest mistake since starting my business and that was burning a whole group of earrings that took me hours to put together. One of my kids must have adjusted the temperature on my toaster oven and I did not realize it and once I did it was too late 🥲 I was pretty broken up about it. We just have to realize we are only human though and mistakes are bound to happen. You do amazing work, keep going strong! 💛
Aww Melissa im so sad to hear that! 💔 I have DEFINITELY been there before so I feel you! One time I was running a workshop and the oven broke midway and ruined all of one of my customers pieces that she had been working so hard on all day! 😭 I wanted to cry... Yes absolutely we have to try our best to be nice to ourselves and remember we can't control every single thing around us, but damn that's hard sometimes 🥲 Thank you so much for sharing its made me feel less alone!
I totally get your anxiety before a market. I tend to focus too much on the things that I didn't get to make, and that idea just burns me out. I really try to look at all the things that I did finish and try to be proud about that. I really love your work and your videos!
So nice to see you had a nice break. I’ve had trouble finding you on you tube even though I’m subscribed. I made sure I clicked on the bell this time so you should pop up. It’s not just you that this has happened to xx
Aww girl you are so bloody sweet! thank you so much for coming back and supporting the channel!! 🥰 Thank you!! it ended up being a very successful weekend but also a lot of problems 😅 so I will explain everything in the next video!
reference the anxiety.. all understandable. just remember you are enough, you have enough product. your items are outstanding, items will sell, you will gain an even bigger following. and its a good thing to sell out it means items are selling and you can pay bills and you are successful. it means you can then do new things and make more of the popular items. hope this is helpful
good morning!! I'm new to selling polymer clay and I want to do a market soon. Can you do a video about what supplies you use and where you get your display stands and accessories? I love your stuff!
Good Morning lovely! Thank you so much for the support 🥰 That's so exciting that you're thinking about doing your first market, welcome to the polymer clay world!! Yes I absolutely can 🥰 ive been wanting to make a video kind of like that for a while but I just can't decide the format! Do you think it would be best do to like a sit down video in the studio or one while im at an actual market with my whole set up that way I can walk around and talk about each piece as I have them in front of me?
Honestly I think either would be amazing! I would love to see how you prep for a market and then what supplies you use while you actually do a market. 🥰 I know I will need some earring display stands but I love how you have a sign with your name and make it so comforting! Also, when someone purchases something do you wrap it up before bagging it or how do you package it?
Can do lovely!! my market tomorrow is indoors so might be perfect to film that content! ill try my best 😘 the displays I currently use I got special made by a local carpenter so my advice is to try if u can get something custom made for your exact products and needs! I will probably be upgrading from those soon because although they are lovely and work well, they take a lot of room in the car and I keep breaking the little dowels during transport 😂 I have 2 sizes of paper bags, so I just put the products straight in them and give to the customer! Sometimes they don't even want a bag so I just give it to them! Its a great place to try to save some money because I (in an ideal world) would love a super cute and branded bag and a sticker and all these things but for markets most people honestly don't care, and my details are in each card anyway so if they want to find me online they can easily do that, so my advice is to keep it simple! if you want the link to the bags I use, they are just from eBay, send me a DM on instagram and ill share them with you 😘
@@littledaisy_wangaratta you are just the absolute best! Thank you so much!!! 😍 I will definitely put my husband to work to make me some displays and get some simple bags to use for the markets. I have some business cards coming in the mail too so they will have that information as well. Thank you for being so helpful and sweet 😍 I hope you have an awesome turnout at the market today 🤞🏻😊
I'm just starting so no real mistakes here yet, my first market is in two weeks and I'm super nervous! I understand that desire to make ALL the things but I am trying to focus on doing a bunch of things well first and then expanding. Congrats on 8 months vlogging!
Hi Eva, oh wow how exciting your first market!! 🎉 Girl I still get nervous 3+ years doing markets almost every single weekend so you're not alone 😂 Sounds like a really smart way of thinking! I think you will do very well, let me know it goes!! 🥰 Ah thank you lovely its actually only 8 weeks not months but one day I will get there 😂
No this was a different one! Called duck duck art market! I think it was the first time they did it, it was fairly small! But I did go to the one you’re talking about in crown so stay tuned for some shots of that in an upcoming video 🥰🥰
Hi Alan!! Thank you so much you are so kind 🥰 Definitely give polymer clay a go! it takes a little while to pick up (like anything else) but once you do the possibilities are endless and your creativity is the limit really!! Let me know how you go and if you need any tips 🥰
Hi Diana! The one I use is the Opallac led lamp I got it 5+ years ago for gel nails and so far I’ve had no issues! I don’t have any more current ones to recommend as I haven’t tried but there’s heaps of new ones at the moment! I would love to get one with a bigger surface area! You can also check if it’s the resin you’re working with that’s the issue as well x Let me know how you go!
Usually I make 5 pairs minimum when I’m making a “batch” but that can last me a few weeks at markets depending on the product! You might have to test a few quantities until you figure out what works for you but I always think it’s better to have more than less! Hope that helps 🥰
Came because I love sunflowers stayed because your spirit is so beautiful ❤
AWWWW omg lovely how sweet are you!! Thank you so much and warmest welcome to the channel 🥰🥰

Are stickers purchased from Amazon able to be crafted and sold? Is it illegal?
I’m sorry I don’t quite understand your question lovely can you explain what you mean?
Hi. For example, if I purchased stickers from Amazon, am I able to make them into e.g. keychains using resin?
❤im new to your Channel greetings from Germany hugs and kisses for you ❤❤😊
Hello Andrea!!! oh wow hello to germany and welcome to the channel!!! so excited you're here 🥰

How many of each pair do you make for markets ? I’m trying to see how much inventory is needed
