I have some mythbuster and it is not in game logic. During editing mode on home base click the gold storage and you can see blinking black effect and timing it to black and save and set as active base you can see that the gold storage is darker than the other gold storage. It did work and its true.

Fact- When you place a torch in the top left corner of builder base then you can't see it's light properly...
