1kg bottle gourd
1/2 cup toor dal
1/2 cup masoor dal
1/2 cup moong dal
2 piece ambochi (amchur)
2big onions finely sliced
3 tomatoes
2 cinnamon sticks
2black cardamom
3-4 green Cardamom
10 cloves
1 tsp zeera
10-12 black pepper
2 star anise
2-3 bay leaves
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tbsp garlic ginger paste
1 tbsp green chilli paste
salt as per taste
coriander chopped
for Tadka
1/2 cup oil and ghee
1 tsp jeera
curry patta
1tsp kasuri methi
onion birista
