well in skz the oldest rule is not a thing , bangchan jocks a lot with i.n calling him hyung or boss and from the start they always has the rule of the youngest first if u watch some skz code eps u ll find i.n eating first or in award shows he take the trophies that skz wins and hold them
With SKZ Maknae on top actually is how it goes, I.N has a lot of say so in skz and in terms of hierarchy skz always says I.N. is on top. They let him eat first before they do, which normally in Korean tradition oldest eats first, they dote on him a CRAZY amount. When Bang Chan was picking members for Stray Kids, he asked I.N if he wants to join as the maknae of Stray Kids. Or I.N chooses to be in his own separate group where he would be considered the oldest hyung. I.N chose to join Stray Kids as maknae bc he didn't want the responsibility of being a hyung, lolol. quick explanation on the ending of the mv, the eggs he was holding so dearly are from 2 years ago it was an mission they gave him was to protect 15 eggs, but as soon as he came out of the room lee know and others stole the eggs and broke them all, i.n was mad but didn’t show until 2 years later he still talks about it on a vlive so the eggs in the video are a funny kind of reminder, so in the mv they give him a blanket and cover him to keep it “safe” from it breaking.

That is due to how consonant changes work in Korean (the "k" sound [ㄱ] becomes an "ng" sound [ㅇ] when placed next to an "n" [ㄴ].) Koreans never say Mak-nay, they always say Mang-nae.
