Sunscreen (sun screen), or like some people call it, sunblock (sun block) protects our skin from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays, UVA and UVB rays.
Which causes sunburn, appearance of sun damage, discolouration, dark spots, sagging, leathery skin, and wrinkles. A right sunscreen helps our skin maintain a more even skin tone overall. In this video I am sharing most commonly done mistakes we do, benefits of applying sunscreen and how to choose the best SPF (from SPF 10 to SPF 100) for you and what is the correct way of using sunblock.

Mera wow ka sunscreen spf 50 hai. Aur uva aur uvb dono sunscreen mein hai... Apane ek video mein sunscreen use karne ke liye kaha tha benefits bhi bataya tha. Usi din se sunscreen use karne lagi. Apaki har baat har remedy statically follow kr leti hoon.

Thank you so much for making this video because I never bought and used sunscreen ever! Honestly never understood about this and actually never searched about it to understand its importance. Being a woman we all should take very good care of ourself to stay healthy and beautiful. I literally want to stop being lazy and start taking care of me. Your videos motivate me to do so.
One more question... could we use wrinkle free cream at young age? Also, I never understand about serums and I literally don’t understand when and how to apply them? 😕 I am way too poor using these amazing products. Thank you so much for making us understand the importance of sunscreen and it literally helped me to understand this product.

In one video you've mentioned not to wash the face more than twice. But if we apply sunscreen in the morning only , then by evening itself , we will have to wash it thrice and once before going to bed. So kindly elaborate , thanks in advance !

Ghazal agar apke paas oily skin Ka summer me lagane wala kuch moisturizer with SPF hai jisko lagakar hum din me bahar Nikal sake to usey bhi bataaye...
