Raw from 2002-03 had a 'dangerous' vibe. SmackDown was more playful, but raw was more serious. You had Kane burning and mutilating people. Triple H and evolution made sure no babyface got on top except Shawn Michaels, who by the way, always looked one move away from death (he's a great seller)
I would get terrified by this kane and the masked kane when i was little. Even The Undertaker never scared me that much. I dont think kids nowadays are that scared of the Fiend. Kane was the actual demon.
