If all people are physically available then take the sign on paper on all pages. If they are not nearby then you can scan and add the signs in any pdf editor by inserting the signature picture in front of their respective names
@@SaddamHusain-ih3sf the applications which the people I know submitted had the signatures of contributors on each page of RPS. Then the applicant did the esignature at the end as shown in the video. You can try without having everyone's signature and just the esignature of you, but i wouldn't recommend it as it might raise a query and might take longer to get the grant if you are in a hurry

Yes it's overall fee. Also you will need to buy digital signature from Rs250 to maybe Rs1000 (if you don't have) from Emudhra to sign the documents. So it takes from 1.3k-2k for total procedure
I am a student of NMIMS University and i want to patent my design. if i design is new and i havent filed for patent before in any class do i need to fill the "previously regd. class" and "Under No." as some sources said only fill these if u have filed for this design before or in some other class. The patent was just granted without any objections from the patent office. So I think if you follow all the steps , you'll be fine. But in case if you receive any objections I think it's on the mail and you have to solve the query ( like re uploading the documents with correct views, etc) and re-upload via the same application number

It takes around 3-4 months . Once the evaluation is complete you will see " design is published" but still u have to wait for like 15 days to get your design certificate in your mailbox
