I only use peanut oil for my cooking due to health issues but always use filtered n not refined....aunty ki jhalak dek ke acha laga...
Try using cold pressed peanut oil or any cold pressed oil for that matter, they have the most health benfits among all, in the US too now cold pressed oils are available in Indian stores 👍👍.
