I love how positive you are during the sessions, you alwas give compliments to the other goalkeeper after making a good save or solid block, i really hate that he doesnt do the same for u
in my opinion, it is clear to see you should be starting. you look a different level in every aspect compared to the current no.1, no offence to him. keep working, I’m sure you will be playing soon somewhere
The other keeper is Dylan Berry on loan from Norwich City FC... The original loan was for a month, but they just extended it for another month... It's a sign he should remain in goals... We will see and we all here want our great Conor back as the number one!! 🙂
@@guillaumemerlin9721wait, that guy is from Norwich City FC?? Idk why, but he just doesn’t look so good in my eyes… he looks way too slow and clumsy, and doesn’t have good technique…
You can hardly see decision making and experience in a training video like this….kind of important in games…also some players are just bad trainers in terms of quality. Berbatov was nortorious for having bad form in training but playing lights out in games. Weird you think you can make that decision from a UA-cam video but a qualified and experienced coach is getting it wrong 😅
Hi Conor, can you please analyse Allison’s 1v1 technique. He’s one of the best at them yet he has such a unique technique and I would love to be able to implement it in my game
Can we buy a pdf arrangement of this? With coaching detail included etc. (I checked your packages for sale but I didn't notice inclusions of training sessions such as this)
Great stuff as always Conor! I’ve got a question. I’ve been doing some trainings with some mates and players from my team in preparation for pre season and I’ve found I’m hesitating to commit to shots at times, even when they’re shots I’m able to save routinely. Do you have any tips for how to ‘just go’ for every shot? Cheers
It's hard. Self-talk can help, using the phrase 'go for everything' to make sure that you are focused. Being in the zone helps, but it can be hard to get in there sometimes! But make sure you are focused on the next action, and ready to go for it!
@@ConorOKeefe I think many fans don't understand the the training drills and never learn the minor details. If they learn all in detail they can create their own training routine or they won't be surprised if some new coach asks them to perfom it.
I think some young keepers can sometimes forget that if there’s another goalkeeper challenging for your spot that doesn’t mean you’re automatically both enemies. Rivals sure, because at the end of the day he’s your teammate and you both want what’s best for the team.
but its also not just how you are in GK training or technically sound, its how you do in matches, and game awarness and decision making no doubt conor is great, but we dont know about the coaching things!
hi con, your technique is much better then his, but he is bigger than u. the thing i can see is, that in the reaction drill, u got down fast with ur hands, he can save it with his foot bc of his height. pls never stop improving mate, u will get everything u want in life. i hope god blesses u! :))
Hey conner, I was just wondering why you were set so close to your post for cutbacks. Is it not ideal to set slightly infront of the post and further towards the 6 yard line? Also, very clear who should be starting. Watching the tall lad was painful with the unnecessary feet saves and poor technique. No clue how that man is a pro footballer. 😅

Great vid con, you are no doubt the better keeper, keep on grinding and you will get what you deserve 🔥

I'm glad that you included cutbacks in the drill, because it's usually forgotten despite its importance!
Great, intense and solid session overall!
Thank you mate, glad that you enjoyed it!
My favorite goalkeeping channel
Means a lot, thank you mate!!
Watching your videos con always give me even more motivation to keep on pushing myself in my training sessions to get my starts when they come to me
Love that Gareth, keep up the great work mate!
I respect the grind Conor, gives me much motivation. Keep it up 👍 💯
Thanks mate, keep up the grind at your end too!
Hey Conor could you make a Pinging / Long Ball tutorial?
I have a few distribution tutorials, and also a Distribution Programme on the website!
Great video Conor. Love seeing the training stuff
Thanks mate, really glad you enjoyed it!
really cool photo in the thumbnail, hope u be starting again soon
Thank you mate!
Great content as always. Giving us a lot of value !
Thanks mate, really appreciate that!
Con is sharper, and faster..more technically correct and just "neater" with his technique all round ! MYSTIFIED by the Matchday selections of recent.
Great stuff as always Con, standards up as per the usual 💪🏻⚽️
Much appreciated mate!!

@@ConorOKeefeThe video would do really well too I’ve seen so many people looking for the same thing but no one has gone in depth properly
I don't know why but your videos give me so much motivation to train.
Love it!! Keep up the great work mate!
Slick work!
Thank you!
Hi Connor, was just wondering what make your base layers are and where you get them from, Cheers
I have a few! One from Kaliaaer, a couple from Adidas, and some from precision! The leggings are from Amazon, and undershorts are from Decathlon!
Hey Connor I'm waiting for a video about crosses i need you to talk about everything about crosses from foot steps to the catch
I will try and do one soon!
Con showing off as usual in the third drill 😂😂
Love the video! Quick question, how do you keep your hands warm in the gloves when it’s cold/wet outside?
You can wear gloves inside your goalkeeper gloves. If you know what I mean
I just try to keep moving as much as possible, focusing on the game helps me too!

What tight pants do you use? Where to buy?
I get mine from Amazon!
@@ConorOKeefe what is it called?
W
why arent they coming off the goal line on the cross to close the gap
The cross is just out of frame, but quite close to the post/byline, so we're setting as if it were a cut back!

How tall is your goalie buddy he looks above 200cm
6'6 I think!

Hahah thanks Dane!
He likes saving with his feet too much..
He's very tall, getting down takes longer than usual. Happens sometimes
