      I think it would be hard to find enough time to see everything SA has to offer, but I think your itinerary is really cool though, and that’s why you have to keep on coming back for more visits 😁

    You two always find the coolest places to stay! That desert WOW, reminded me of flying in to Alice Springs Australia, that desert was vast, but same awesome deep red color. Great drone shots and fun video! Thanks for taking us along! 😊~Cara

      Thanks so much for watching Cara! Yeah, this desert is really small, we could walk through in about 5 minutes haha but it was a great spot to get content, so spent quite a bit of time there 😅

    Hey guys, looks like there is plenty to do in the area. We would for sure want to visit Beaver Creek. I love that it has coffee and trails. What a great idea to offer bottomless coffee to be able to try them all 😁
    The small red desert and coastline are beautiful here 😍

    Awesome video yet again... This channel is lit! Would love to see you guys expand a bit into Southern Africa over time as well (Moz, for instance is around a 5 hour drive from DBN but the vibe is completely different from anything in SA and it's still, in many ways , relatively uncharted territory).
    Keep up the great work guys!

    It's a beautiful part of South Africa which hosts a very tropical landscape - in fact when you live here - you feel like you are on an Island somewhere...it's just such a pity that the KZN province Authorities don't realize the huge Tourism potential in the South Coast - by implementing proper water supply and road infrastructure. Many tourists flee back home as there are in some areas water shortages for weeks which I find so hard to believe considering the amount of rain the area has - its a really cool part of South Africa and I hope they tend to these issues as Tourism is what we need in such a beautiful paradise.

    • @BeingBedingfield
      @BeingBedingfield  2 роки тому +1

      Hi Anthony, totally agree with you! So much potential in the South Coast. We walked down to the beach in front of the Estuary Hotel, and as we were sitting there, it felt like we were on a tropical island in a movie...it's soooo beautiful, yet there were hardly any people there. Hopefully we can inspire more people to visit this area through the videos on our channel.

    These videos are great. Keep them coming. I know toy ysed to work on ships. Did you do it through Gourmet Recruitment or other agencies? Is it necessary for STCW for Hospitality jobs on ships?

      Hi, thanks so much 😊
      I worked in the spa as a fitness instructor, went through a company called Steiner. Not too sure what the requirements are for hospitality 😬

    It is rather embarrassing to admit that in the 22 years that we have been to Port Edward in December for our Christmas/New Years holiday pilgrimage to spend the 2-3 weeks with the family there, we have NEVER been to the red desert. Need to change that this year ... well I say that every year. lol. I always look forward to our holiday in Port Edward .. fun all around all the time. But we have gone on other adventures like Mnyameni Falls in the wild coast as well, so I guess that will make up for that. Hope you guys didn't have water issues while you were there.
