How to pierce a vertical labret

There are a number of different techniques, these are mine. If yours are different, it's not necessarily wrong. The industry is constantly evolving, and we as body piercers should too.
This video is a guide for people new to body piercing and NOT to try at home. Piercing yourself at home in a non sterile environment can cause infection at the very least!
