Awsome! Thanks
Very nice
Where you getting rear shock? I’m striking out everywhere
I managed to score a used rockshox vivid on ebay. If i were to buy a brand new shock, DVO, Fox, Avalanche, or EXT would be my candidate, whichever is not sold out haha
Have you thought about upgrading your controller and battery? I really want to do this but I have no idea where to even start
I might give it a try once my warranty expires, but to be honest, I'm quite happy with stock power with 58t sprocket
Thank you for the upload ! Can I ask what shock you went with on the rear ?
I have a video already on installing Rockshox vivid shock, but i have EXT shock coming. Very curious to how it would compare to the rockshox
So how was the fork?would a fox 36 or 38 be a good substitute?since the 40’s are hard to come by
I would not want to put any single crown fork on the surron. I'm extremely satisfied with X-fusion rv1. It's very plush
Just know that fox will void warranty if you buy a new 40 and put in on a surron. Actually any fox shock put on a surron voids the warranty. A mountain bike shock does not belong on the surron.

I'm curious why you never seem to upgrade the tires...
I do upgrade tires. I just want to use up the stock tire before I buy new ones. Stock tires aren’t excellent but they do the job. This video shows the current tire I’m running:

@@ridefarm5528 Thanks for the reply. I got a new SurRon X about a month ago or so… I’ve been riding it basically every single day on pretty technical/rocky terrain and the stock tires are about toast already. I upgraded to some random Kenda enduro tires I found in a local market, but I’m looking for something more dirt/trail specific. Definitely want to keep the weight as minimal as possible. Anyways… thanks again for the reply. I’ve enjoyed ur vids.
@@nickeeeast The shinko i'm running now is excellent. I bought a wider tire prior to the current one, but the wider one robbed too much power so I took it off right away.
Hi, what calipers do you recommend for a direct bolt on upgrade?
I just uploaded a new video covering bolt on upgrade to the stock brakes. please check it out
