I am so glad I found your UA-cam videos, they are always interesting and I glad you appreciate the business we have been giving you with great service and no disappointment in what I have received from you. I often look at your website to see what's being offered now. I just started again to collect/invest in coins and currency in January 2021, and am enjoying it again. Keep up the good work. Ray.
Michael, I've said elsewhere that wherever corners can be cut, they will be. Perhaps I should be more specific. I decided to collect the state quarters, because they seem relatively, and I've noticed that sets of those quarters are more valuable than other proof sets. So I bought two products at auction. In one the sst begins with a Mint product, a holder for all the coins with annotations about when the states were admitted. So the holder was slightly damaged in a corner and repaired with tape, and one of the coins was badly smudged. The coins were provided by the previous owner, not by the Mint. In fairness the auction house a 30-day guarantee, but this entails the cost and expense of repacking the product. The other product I bought was a set of the coins issued by an outfit called the Morgan Mint. These are nice coins clad in a gold color and inserted into capsules and then into a fancy-looking box that one can tell is cheaply made to look impressive, but the hinges are just a quarter inch off, just enough to spoil the effect by proving that the box was made carelessly with cheap materials.
Really am glad you are showing some of the Redfield Morgans you bought, Daniel. IMO Mint State Coins are the hardest to Grade. Also, people forget that these coins were placed in their holders in the 70's. MS Grading was a little different back then compared to today.
I just got my Redfield Dollar from you today out of the first batch you listed. In my opinion it's nearly as nice as your cherry picks. When I sold my entire collection about twenty years ago I never imagined I'd be collecting again. I'd buy bullion here and there. Then, I stumbled across your chanel, started watching, and reignited my interest, and love of the hobby. Now I can't get enough.
i agree. with that toning many of those are not MS65. closer to 63+ or 64. i'm guessing NGC is cheaper to send to than PCGS I myself would pay a few dollars more for a coin in a PCGS holder.
So I got home after 14 hours at work to find the book you sent me came in the mail I felt like a kid at Christmas. The first thing my wife said was "is that another coin book???!!!?? Your not staying up all night reading that are you!!??" Yes yes I am!!!!
Hi Daniel , It's hard to pay $330 for a coin worth $85 even if it's in a Redfield Holder . I have always bought the coin and not the holder like ( PCGS rattlers or soap box ANACS ) . I really enjoy your videos ....
Buying the holder not the coin is about the grade. When you buy a Redfield your buying a coin that is verified to be from the largest personal Morgan dollar hoard in history. You're buying a rare piece of history not a coin grade.
@@CoinHELPu I understand what your saying but I would rather have a $330 Morgan CC for the money as that coin is also a rare piece of history and the coin worth much more than an average date .
@@kevinhoock9742 Redfields are more valuable, more desirable and as rare as any CC in the Redfield Paramount holder, and I have some CCs at NGC in these holders. I like both the same.
Thank you Father for sharing Daniel with us all 😇🙏🏼👍🏼 I really appreciate all your content that you share and appreciate you very much! 👍🏼 Lots of Love Bobbi 😊
Without getting too much into detail what’s the story with the guy having over 250 Redfeilds? It’s incredible he had so many I think you’re gonna be surprised with some better grades then expected.
On the prices listed on Mint State Web Site, are those prices dealers will pay or dealers will sell them? I've bought from you and always found you more than fair. Where does PCGS and NGC find the prices they list if you know?
Neither, Its an average of what a collector can sell them for, minus selling fees, as eBay or auction company would charge you. You need to ask PCGS and NGC on the other question.
Hi I have 2 coins that I checked are worth a lot one of them is a dime from 1920 and the other is a nickel with the buffalo and an indian can you tell me more

I know i tease about the packaging, but you have the BEST........Please keep it up, as it shows you really care about the coins.

NGC keeps them in their holders like GSA
Dan if you created it I'll buy it I'll take your word for it
You are a and good and honest man Daniel.....Have a great day!
Great Looking Morgan's. You are the new go to guy for interviews. Before you know it KITCO will be calling. :)

Redfield usually get a hefty premium because of the presentation.

Beutiful Coins
if I buy can you also send to Germany?
Nope. Sorry
Dan, beautiful coins.
Do those Redfields suffer from their interior material, as it may not be Acid Free ?
I don't know

His Dad collected them over the years is all I know.
That’s a pretty cool niche that he went after
Do you think the toning came from the holder?
Yes

@@CoinHELPu ok Thanks
As soon as I find out if I have to pay a big tax Bill or not I'll be getting some of these from you hopefully I won't have to pay it !!
Those are some nice looking coins that I've seen in a long time. Wished I could afford to get one.
The first 1880-S probably had a chance at a 65
A Bulls Eye Toning Morgan Dollar is definitely on my List.....can't wait to hold my Own One...!!!!
Gotta go. Have a great evening Sir Daniel
What!, you are having fun collecting coins, how dare you. Don't you know this is serious, "no soup for you"
wouldn't it be nice if you had an 1884-s in grades like that?
I sent an 1883 s but it looked ms63
I'll take all of them dont sell
im on my way
Was wondering if you have all dates of american eagles im trying to replace my stolen collection i keep them in a dansco album
