Damn right he was robbed. I bet Elvis is rolling in his grave. Austin played the hell out of this role. He embodied Elvis so well. He's the only one who got Elvis down packed. The Oscars know better.

Austin should have won something for the amazing Job he did doing Elvis. I was born in 83 so I didnt get the chance of being around during the time of Elvis. My mom and my aunts listened and watched all his stuff. I knew he was someone important so I made sure to watch and listen to his art as well. I have also did the same for my children because he is a Idol and no matter the year everyone should know who he is and who he was. Out of all the movies I have seen made about him Austin Butler did the best job. There was moments in there where you almost couldnt tell the difference. Specially the ending the smile that Elvis does and Austin did if it wasnt for the lips and wig it was so alike. Austin captured not only his moves but almost what Elvis was feeling in those moments. Elvis loved certain things. His family, his music, and his fans and Austin captured exactly that.

@ELVIS-2022 Because Parker has a gambling addiction, Las Vegas is Heaven for him but he needs lots of money to sustain this addiction so basically Elvis hard work is what Parker offers to the owner of the Casino to be able to gamble.
Elvis dad was terrible at buisness and a leech, he basically trust the Colonel to handle everything so he was obviously stealing from Elvis to the point of being broke by the Colonel despite Elvis working none stop. But at the end of the day at least in the movie it seems is not even the debt he would have with the Colonel that make him stay with him, is not really the fear of losing his properties or the money, is the emotional manipulation he does on Elvis telling him he would be alone without him and his father if he leaves.
