drops highs and lows sound way softer with the violin and it makes the song actually somewhat more dramatic but less intense. insanely good work but a little more targeted at emotional people. i love it

in my opinion i think La Signiora's theme is better and if they wanted to use the two it should have been reversed. this one is sombre and almost a sad sound to it. La Signiora joined the Fatui due to heartbreak and anger over the death of her lover. so this song i think matches those feelings much better. where as her theme is much more angry, rage filled, and hateful of anyone and anything; something that Scaramouche is. i think if you switch the two around it would match much better.

Scara’s theme sounds sad but also mad at the same time representing his fear of being emotionally hurt again and chooses to conceal his true identity behind a mask of lies and anger. He also had his share of heartbreaks. But signora for me seems just full of hatred toward the world for losing her loved one
