Casually mentions he wrote his own video editing solution, does not elaborate further. What a legend. I kind of noticed there was a bit of gamma correction going on, but not to this extent. Well done mate. This was flawless!
This video made me happy in so many ways- thank you so much for this nifty piece of video hacking (using some very clever computer hacking) and not to forget, Bach on C64!
Another solution might have been to take a still shot of the background, then superimpose just yourself from the both videos. I would imagine that the video editing software provides the means to isolate just yourself (or certain areas, in general terms)...
Very interesting explanation. I ask myself if this color-correction would'nt be necessary if the split was a little to the right exactly between the bookshelves.
Say what? Io non capisco Italiano... why leave a comment only another Italian speaker can comprehend, on an English speaking channel? That makes no sense to me...
I like how you casually mentioned you wrote your own video editing software 😁👍
I was a bit disappointed to learn that there are NOT three Linuses in that house in Sweden.

Wow, after watching this video, the edits became much more apparent to me, like a magician revealing his tricks.
I'm still going to call you "the original youtuber" and you still never disappoint.

Yes, but the split needs to move.
@@lftkryo By the way: Why didn't you take the easier way and clone yourself?
Pff, where's the challenge in that? =)
I enjoy the Mr bean segment
I’m assume rotoscoping to separate the foreground and background would take too long.
Top!! Come sempre uno spettacolo!! Ottimo lavoro, splendidamente spiegato! 💪👏👏
