As a Liverpool fan I absolutely love Wrighty. Such a class human being and just a fan of the game and his club. Would love to sit down with that man someday.
He loves Arsenal, but he never disrespect other clubs like other "legends". That's why he is loved.
Have to love him even as a Spurs fan.
He has a soft spot for Liverpool :)
My favorite pundit
Hes a rasist scumbag but because hes black its allowed, bullied the hell out of that poor white irish chap on im a celeb, if it was other way around there would be war
Thank you Ian Wright for having the courage to speak the truth 🙏
Respect to Wrighty for saying this you can tell Sky didn't want it spoken on
If sky didn’t want it being talked about they wouldn’t have put it in the title of their UA-cam video.
Yes, the host almost paniced and tried to take the word and shut it down quickly. Sky is so blatant. In cahoots with Man City.

Its not just about the wins he has forced two tactical revolutions with two elite teams. Tiki Taka and Positional Play. Look at how many manager copy him. i think everyone knows the elephant in the room regarding city success. People praise klopp more because he built the team the hard way by slowly adding the right players at the right price that liverpools finances can afford (specially helped by coutinho sale)over each window and also coaching players to the next level to build his team. where city have this image of money being thrown at it all and using lawyers to bend all the rules to get what they want then add the best coach available who can buy who he wants and success will come quick.
Spot on and 115 cheating charges is an incredible amount of cheating. Well done to Wrighty for mentioning this!
Only you praise Klopp more.
but the reality is that pep also built his team by slowly adding the right players at the right price that city could afford and also coaching players to the next level to build his team.
@@MattMajcan Man City could only afford those players by getting round FFP through inflating sponsorship deals and paying staff through third parties, in turn winning them trophies and getting them champions league money and more revenue

No extra resources, just the bare bone players they both got.
And I’d confidently pick Klopp to do the better Job.

Peps first manager job was winning the league with a team that had just been relegated the year before.
Between Klopp and Pep, only one of them has relegated a team as manager.

So now competing against the no.1 team in prem makes you better than the manager of no.1 team 😂
Jamie stopp please
Hahaha. The whole success of Liverpool and klopp amounts back to the discussion that he could compete with pep and city. Their whole success is built on chasing man city, and they still say they are better than him. So biased
115 charges can never elude pep’s legacy in city….it’s still gonna tarnish his city legacy
Well considering all the charges pre-date Pep.
Pep doesn't sweat. He makes his skin cry
he has 115 layers
Nobody is saying that Pep inherited the best squad when he came in but he 100% inherited a team that has won the title and did have in effect title winning players within it. In that 5 year window there showing in the graph they had one 4th place, two 2nd place finishes and won the title 2 times.
When Jurgen came he inherited a squad which had one very good season finishing second in those 5 years but beyond that we were absolutely mediocre and clearly we had nowhere near the same resources that City have financially.
People keep saying Liverpool spent money and yes they have but the big money they spent that changed our squad was when we sold Coutinho and in turn used that money to buy VVD and Allison. Taking nothing away from Pep who has done a fantastic job who is a world class coach but i still regard him as the best cheque book coach i have ever seen and is now officially the manager/coach that has spent the most money in football history.
What Klopp has done is remarkable in comparison winning everything at Liverpool while still challenging City in the league for several years.
Fair enough. Pep is winning big time for consistency though which isn't mentioned. Liverpool in 3 of the last 7 seasons were absolutely miles behind and not even second. Not even in the Champions League this year which is a big advantage. The transfer decisions are also a collective thing. Klopp didn't want Salah etc. Anyway such comparisons are pretty pointless really. Enjoy people for what they are!

Klopps the best.
U literally are claiming that klopp would have won more if he had more money . Pep spent more and won 5x the trophies of klopp
@@grealish2234 You need to learn math, by your own words that "5x the trophies of klopp" is 7x5=35. I dont see the 35 trophies that Pep has won at Man City😅
I always hear this money argument for why Klopp is better than Pep and yet I never hear Liverpool supporters saying that Ranieri is better than Klopp. Why is that?
Both elite managers . Pep won the battle with Klopp , 1 pl vs 5 is undeniable victory. But the margins were tight
Ghost sit around camp fires telling each other Pep stories

I’m a lifelong Liverpool supporter. My tuppence worth comes down on the side of Pep . Pep is the difference really for me in City . Utd and Chelsea are proof of money doesn’t mean success. Yes City’s Money allows them to be the best because of Pep . Klopps achievements in football are outstanding. The way he instilled belief every Club he’s been to and made them all better 👌🇮🇪
Yes you can because Guardiola has tactically revolutionised the sport twice at two different clubs. He forced elite managers into copying him so they can keep up.
Here here
How much did he spend before City won the UCL?
Agree. Its a shame for Guardiola he woudve done something close to that anyway. Maybe not that much with that many points. I feel sad for him and the players even more.
But if this team had been assembled illegaly according to ffp, it means man City board was cheating...simple as that. As Juve did. They are the cheators, not Guardiola
Making a system which requires the best players, don't forget he bought 3 different rbs 50m each until someone fits his system, not every team has that luxury.
I'd like to see how he'd do without such deep pocket support coming in everywhere he goes
The say Napoleon was the greatest strategist but he never managed to conquer Europe like Pep
Guardiola is a tactical genius, yes. But given the ethical charges against both Barca and City, he is also a questionable figure to put it mildly, and should be remembered as such. Both are true.
And on top of all that, he couldn’t cut it at Bayern, where as Klopp could at Dortmund
There's nothing ethical about any of the colonial clubs or the countries they represent.
@@jamesdshannon99 Pep stayed at Bayern 3 years, Klopp was at Dortmund 7 years. Different expectations, Pep was expected to come in and bring CL in one of his 2 first seasons, Klopp had time to build a steadfast team who would fight for him.
Wasn't pep done for doping at Barca as a player
@@jamesdshannon99 he won 7 trophies at bayern
Jamie knows
Pep is not the club! Pep's tactical genius and work with the players is something we will probably never see again. The work he has done with Stones, his philosophy that runs from academy to first team of both men and women. The style of football that he has introduced from his Cruyff roots that almost every big club, even small grassroots teams look to replicate; this is Pep. How hard he pushes the players and how hard the players work to achieve what they have achieved, Wrighty is absolutely right! They deserve to be honoured because when it comes down to it they are on their pitch playing their hearts out and not the owners and whoever is involved in the alleged charges. I want these charges to be done with by this season and next season the team starts with a negative if point deduction is what happens or relegation. A fresh start because this is frustrating at this point. Pep deserves respect.
When pep was at school, the teacher had to raise their hand before they could speak to pep
Sir Guardiola is the master of football which ever team he coaches people remembers it for years look at peps barca everyone who played street football growing up wanted to imitate the team
You simply can’t talk about it without mentioning it. How klopp has kept up is actually insane
Great respect for the two managers, they set very high standards for their team and a great rivalry too!
When you think about the resources at their disposure as well, money and players, at both Liverpool/Man City and Dortmund/Bayern Munich, it makes you think. Is Klopp a better manager than Pep? I would say so.
PSG have spent huge amounts and not won the champions league, good players are not always good team players, you need a good manager to understand what good players work best for their team. Real Madrid and Bayern also have bigger wage bills than Man City. I'm not so sure the fair play system is a good thing when competing in europe, I would say it's a handicap.
Ian is spot on with everything he said. As a united fan, i find klopp the better manager. Pep is insanely good but he is used to managing big clubs barca/bayern. Yes borussia is a big club, but klopp started at mainz, and built it up from there. Pep did get a lot of staff from barca so he is a full package deal. People will disagree but klopp is my choice of the two. I think klopp would also have a better relationship with his players which is also important.
As a Liverpool fan respect to wrighty he speaks to truth and facts top pundit and genuinely nice fella
It's really simple. If City are found guilty then they should be stripped of their titles and kicked out of the Premier League. Not relegated, expelled. Everyone focuses on the money charges but the other charges are arguably worse. The money charges relate to financial doping essentially, which is bad but other charges are about City trying to undermine the fabric of the league itself, it's rules and authority.
Law is Law!
Hope the club get sued by court for each year of all 115 charges!
People who hate Mancity will still hate them even if those 115 charges (unproven) were to be found clean. The haters would still accuse them of bribing the PL to clear all their charges if City were found NOT guilty. No matter what City is the club that is the most hated clubs in Europe. No one talks about the level of quality of football that City have produced in England when Pep arrived. Liverpool and Arsenal improved their quality trying to reach the bar set by City. And see they are both title contenders this year (Liverpool a long time before). Arteta used to be an assistant to Pep and now he is challenging his own master. If Mancity were to be found guilty of all charges and demoted to lower level league, and Klopp leaving Liverpool end of the season, would the standard and quality of football be maintained same in England? I don't think so. Arsenal will probably be the next generation of winning the trophies but who will challenge them? Aston Villa? Tottenham? I don't think both teams have reached that level yet. I see Arsenal dominate EPL for at least few years if City were to dropped to lower level league and Liverpool without Klopp. And because of this EPL will not be the same EPL we have been seeing so far.
Uefa already found them to be guilty but couldn't charge them as it had been too long. A technicality. Peps name at city will forever have an asterisk next to it regardless of the outcome
How come whenever there is the biennial Klopp love in, they fail to talk about the season before? I’ve never known any manager get so much credit for doing his job only 50% of the time. If Pep finishes 2nd once, he is a failure, never mind if he doesn’t even finish top 4. Klopp wins a title, then struggles to finish top 4 the season after. Then he finishes 2nd and then follows it with a 5th. Take City and Pep out of the equation, this “Pep equal/beater” couldn’t even finish above Erik Ten Bob or Eddie Howe last season. He’s got one of the easiest jobs in world football. A big club wouldn’t put up with this constant yo-yo. Madrid, Barca, Bayern et al would have all sacked him by now. It will be interesting to see if he ever manages a big club with real pressure.
now everyone wants to talk about football heritage 🤣
2 points across two seasons is the difference between 3-3 on trophies. That detail is important. That's how close it has been. 11mms arguably for one of those points, 20 minutes against Villa for the other. That has been the difference. At the end of the day a win is a win and a loss is a loss, but the details around those is so incredibly close, its almost impossible to make up. It wouldn't be believable if it was a Hollywood script.
Liverpool have not been as consistent as City that's why they've won a lot more. Also treble , domestic treble and centurions are all historic achievements. Klopp has been world class but he came up short Vs pep and Man city overall
Weird how they made Pep and Klopp just stand there like statues 💀
I would love to know what is happening with these charges and I am sure I am not the only one.
Reading, Bolton, Leicester, Everton, etc. all sanctioned within 5 minutes and yet here we are, "4 years" later and we are still waiting for the City outcome.
Last time City got sanctioned they got some poxy fine that wouldn't have kept Aguero in bootlaces for a year.
115 charges....this time it had better be more than that, or I am positive people are going to ask questions.
I am expecting relegation and a certain amount of years out of Europe and a VERY hefty fine, at the very least.
Brushed passed the 115 charges topic nervously you can almost hear the producer telling the host to move on move on lmao 🤣

Cannot compare that net spend, because Pep injerited a team that won the league before him and was the joint best team in the league. Liverpool had a bunch of players that would barely get in bottom 5 teams within the Premier when Klopp came. An entire overhaul over a period of years was needed. Jurgen Klopp is a better manager NO CONTEST. Jurgen Klopp to Dortmund from nothing to win the German Championship. Pep has always taken over a domestic winning team. Pep has never had to build a team from nothing. Pep is one of the few managers who have spent a billion pounds in transfers. And the most telling thing is for Pep to beat Klopp in Germany 🇩🇪 he bought Jurgen's team from under him.
Pep is klops dad in all aspects. City is the king of PL ANS Europe
Pep is one of the best purely based on the previous clubs he has managed but him at city is a joke cause of the 115. If you did the math you would know that the chance of all of them being untrue are literally 0%. If they somehow all get written off the Prem will become a joke. What I’m saying is that he has broken ffp at least once and not 115 times but that itself would change so much so it defo matters.
Wait what 7 major trophies please list them
Lost 2 titles by 1 point. Could easily be 3 each. A goal and a VAR decision separates them
Add the wages on to spend.
Pep would've been out the door within 3 years at Liverpool. Guy can't do it without the 115 charges, silver spoon and a Rodri handball that decided the title. If liverpool don't win the league this season it'll be the second title in 3 years the PGMOL have screwed them out of
