Yeah he did a good job spending time there and getting involved with the rc community before committing to the move. Definitely seems like a great group of people to go out and play with
@@doctajuice way back in the early days of the internet when there were only 3 singles sites online, I belonged to one of them.
It had a central chat where we all hung out. At the same time I had a job where I travelled extensively for business and in 1 year, I was only home for about 6 weeks in total.
What I used to do was say "hey I'm going to be in DFW for 2 weeks on blah blah, any good places to hang out? eat etc?
Guys AND women would say, when are you getting in? we'll meet up at Smokin Joes...
I met a TON of great people that way.
So glad to see a company pay attention to its customers. The constant upgrades and changes are awesome. Find a flaw fix it, exactly how it should be.

That is quite an honour to have them make your truck. The only other is the Grave Digger and son of a digger. That’s pretty great company for a UA-camr and not a regular Monstertruck that runs in the racing circuit all year long. Way to go Kev! That is a huge compliment.
One thing about the stock motor: less speed = less height = less damage.

Well the small v8 engines aren’t powerful enough for this application. Also they are super expensive. You need either a 2 stroke or a large nitro to power these

I bought a 2001 Toyota camry with 60k miles and spent a total of $1900 on it after brakes and exhaust. Ive had it for 5 years now 😂 i couldnt imagine, unless i was kev. He makes plenty.

AH man , I can't believe I just found your Channel. I recently saw a guy driving a RC buggy in the Park , I talked to him a bit and he showed me the insides of the buggy..... I am well impressed how far they've come since I had a Tamiya Fox back in the late 80's. Your videos are so entertaining and am planning on buy something 6s asap

I finally did it! Got my first RC. Can’t wait to start ripping loose tomorrow. Got a jetwood 1/14 4x4 off Amazon. Came with two 3s 2200 mAh batteries and says it actually has metal gears. Super excited! Thank you for the inspiration to jump into the hobby. 🎉 🛻 🎉
Order some 3s batteries after you get the hang of bashing around.........and also order 4 complete Diff's cuz you will need them soon after. welcome to the hobby and I hope you have a blast! P.S. most of us are here to help so ask any questions if you have any even if you think it sounds silly, trust me we have probably asked the same one in the past 👍✌️
@@jordancoleman2402 already ordered 2 3s 2200 ones. They will be here Tuesday. It came with what looks like 2 cv axles, extra arms, shock springs, and a few other goodies like body posts and such. I’ll have to find out where to buy the gears though. No idea where to get the extra parts and there’s not a hobby shop within 100 miles. Lol
