Yes! The Forsaken One has an ability which has 2 different effects. Depending on, whether or not other units souround/touch the forsaken. The way i placed it, it had no units touching it. So it got 40% incoming damage reduction. After i placed the spider it changed to +2 armor which it sucked from the spider.
I haven't played LTD in forever but is Militia really that bad? From the videos I've seen they perform quite well (for a t1 esp) for the first 10 lvls or so, am I missing something?
Its a great unit for the early game on the imortant rounds 5 and 7. But it has some weaknesses. On 3,4,6 and 9 its quite weak and needs hard overbuild or other units to cover. Another downside is that it costs two food which is quite alot for a 150g unit. (peasant 15+mili 95+spear 40)
