when you wanted to get noticed be like:
here are some training tips.
1: Meditate while flying. It will give you 10x more power than normal meditation.
2: If you fly up above the tornado, there is a cloud. On that cloud there is a crystal. If you punch the crystal, it multiplies your gain by 100x.
3: In the city port across the bridge, there are these pools that makes body toughness training much more efficient.
4: As of the new update, there is a floating island that makes multiplies your meditation by 100x.

Preston, When you fly and meditate you get x10 amount of psychic power... When you fly to the crystal on top of tornado and punch, you get x10 fist strength... When you go to city port, the iceberg and the tornado island, you get extra body strength... I HOPE THESE TIPS HELPED YOU

this is legit my 250'th time watching i want it to be a series
in the new Halloween update (u should check it out its cool) your can punch the sun for more fist strength and a star for more fist strength and there is a floating island where you can train physic power other than flying(the tips I just mentioned are really high at the sky)and when you have 1billion body toughness in the city there is a room you can train body toughness from 1billion body toughness.(This new special training areas might or might not go after the Halloween update just incase they will be going check the update Quick!)

We want part 2!! FYI I also have been playing this for while and I've got some tips for ya
For fist strength you can go to that huge rock near the spawn and punch it for 10x more fist strength! And now that you can fly, you can go to that crystal above that storm, fly up there and go above a cloud and punch that crystal for 100x Fist strength!!!
Now for the body toughness, there are tons of places where you can just go afk and you're body toughness will train! First you should check out that little secret place at city port to train, there's 2 tubs - ice one is for 100+ body toughness and lava tub is for 10,000+ body toughness and thats not it yet, you can go to ice cave at some corner of the map which you need 100k+ body toughness to use, btw its a safe zone at those ice and lava tub in secret place at city port, but remember safe zone only works for innocents, if you are any other role like Lawbreaker, Criminal, Guardian, Superhero and Super Villain but ice cave and other places don't have safe zone, only spawn and secret facility at city port has one. Anyway it doesn't end to that, there's also a storm you could stand on and train body toughness but you need 1 million+ body toughness to use that, and last bt definitely not least.. The volcano! You need 10 million+ body toughness to train.
Now you already know about the movement speed and jump speed, you could just put some weights by pressing "4" and it gives you more movement speed, but you can also get more jump force by reaching a certain amount of jump force, well I think thats it. Then you could just train hard to be in the leaderboards maybe and rule the servers, if you ask me which is better, superhero or supervillian, I'd say superhero in real life but in game I'd say super villian because you could kill anyone and you don't hav any limits! Tips:
1: hitting the big rock near safe zone gives you 10× your fist strength
2: cross the bridge, go to city port, and find this door with sunglasses and a hat. Go inside and you can train your body toughness ( i cant spell )
3: once you can fly, meditate in the air and you will get 10× physic power
4: when you can fly, there is a tornado. Obove the tornado is a could. Go to the cloud, punch the crystal and you will get 100× fist strength
5: there is an ice cave, tornado, and volcano where you can train body toughness. You need alot of body toughness though.
6: if you become lawbreaker, protecter, or anything above, the safe zone will not protect you. It only protects innocent people
7: if you jump under a low elevation, you get alot of jump force
I might've missed a few things but i hoped this helped you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
