Interesting film. Guy Stockwell as the protagonist was an interesting choice. He plays darker and edgier so very well I can see him easily as the bad guy. But I keep thinking back to the opening of this film. And initially you get the impression that the character Robert Fuller plays is the good guy. As as the film plays out it's discovered time and again that he actually is working against... the greater good. For an actor I could see the attractiveness of that role because it gives the actor wider latitude to play something.....different then the iconic hero roles he played in Laramie and Wagon Train. Does he do a good job " yes"..... Robert Fuller always gives 100% whenever he's on screen. 👍👏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you very much for bringing this film to light and doing all the work you did on the film and to sharing 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
This has to be the cleanest, clearest version I’ve seen of this. Good job. If it weren’t for RF I’d never watched it. Thanks, something to do at 3 in the morning.
Thank You Mustang for cleaning up this film. The first time I saw this movie, YIKES!, what a mess!!! FIRST RATE JOB!!!!!!!!!! RF is lookin' good (as usual) but that doesn't excuse him from his character being a first class weasel. His lady friend wasn't much better, but I would have lead him on a little bit longer & got a few more of those great kisses laid on me. WATCH THIS FILM TO GAZE ON RF ONLY!!!!! 🤠🤸♀️💙💜🧡💛 P.S. Patrick Wayne is easy on the eye as well. 🙂😺
says it's a 1991 film--not possible, many of the people in it have been dead for many years--Phil Harris, Pat Buttrum, John Carradine--it may have been rereleased in 1991 but it is likely it was first filmed in the 1950's.
I like RF and westerns but this one didn't catch my interest. Great cat though: RF, WS, PW, JC, PH,GS, PH. But even they couldn't make this story peak my interest.

@@bertgov yes agree 1971 my mistake, 1991 was dvd release date . May have been a type error 1973. I shall correct it.
