Excellent Tbr Zack! Kealan Patrick Burke is a new favorite author of mine. I have to read Whalefall in 2024, heard amazing things. I still need to read Lisey"s story as part of my goal to finish all King's works. Nightmare's and Dreamscapes is, in my opinion, a highly under-rated collection of short stories. Happy New Year Zack!
Oh, good to know, I have to look into his backlist a little more. I can't wait for Whalefall, I've been so close to picking it up before the New Year because I'm really looking forward to it
have not set a January TBR yet guess i better get on it LOL, just started Daughter's Drawings by Nick Botic yesterday and BAM right out of the get's has you on the edge of your seat!
I personally loved Fourth Wing so I am extremely excited to hear your thoughts lol. I’m currently reading the entire Throne of Glass Series so that’s all I’m reading in January. I got the series as a Christmas gift lol. I started with the prequel Assassins Blade and finished it already, currently on Throne of Glass.
I have SK’s Revival set up for January but I also have The One by John Marrs and The Trees Grew Because I Bled There by Eric LaRocca planned as well for Jan. I think you’ll really like Nightmares and Dreamscapes. However, like most of his collections, some stories will be hit or miss but maybe that was just me. I have four more collections of SK’s to read and I’ll be caught up at least in the anthologies by him. Then I can start bearing down on the rest of his novels, which I have so many more to go.
I picked up the same one whale fall, because of the cover!! at barnes and Nobles, The Wager - shipwreck story, last one i read was Terror by Dan Simmons, so I was quite excited about this one and last one for January is Find him where you left him dead- this one is a series picked up first one.

I have five books planned for January. The book of accidents, No Exit, The silent patient, bazaar of bad dreams, and what lies in the woods.
You should read Nightmares and Dreamscapes First. I am reading If It Bleeds. I am about to read the story Rat. 🐀
