Wow between the gorgeous cabinet and the stove the kitchen is almost done. I would recommend you get a drill with a masonry drill bit to make holes into your house. The chisel is not the best solution. With your house you will use that drill bit more than once.

Great episode! How about a French drain along the lowest edge? Trench, add some gravel and a large wide pipe w holes to drain away the water?

Yes, a gutter with a pipe that leads the water to a pond or swale. So you can store the water for the dry season.
