We make our way back to Kingston and we visit Barbican, Kingston 6. One of the more prominent and well sought-after areas in the Kingston/St. Andrew region. This is so because of the ideal location, putting it only about 3km from Half Way Tree and it's close proximity to other popular areas.
This area has a huge number of apartments, condos and guest houses available for renting. Some of the areas featured in this video includes: Barbican Mews, Millsborough Meadow, Dillsbury Meadows.
We made a small trip towards the Liguanea area and also featured some areas such as: Grand Oaks apartment, Palms of Liguanea, Liguanea Classics and The Diplomat Housing complex, just to name a few.

On that we can agree. Areas like these are in high demand so the market price can be as high as you mentioned. Regardless of the amount though, they will always have buyers.
