The "AEO" is short for "Advanced Entrance Opportunity" to Western's Ivey business program. The program only starts in the third year of going to Western, so some students transfer in after their second year. However, the majority of students are accepted into the program when they apply from high school. Typically students need a 90% average, good extracurriculars, as well as a good supplementary essay to be accepted into the AEO.
