- I have observed some cracks appeared on the body of my Ola S1 Pro Electric scooter. The cracks are on the joint of the front panel of Ola S1 pro. Th point to be noted that my Ola S1 pro is just two weeks old. I never parked it in the direct sunlight. When I have pointed this issue with the Ola service team, their response was not good. They said they can only fix this if it is a deep crack. They also added that the crackings in Fiber parts is common. But my 8 year old Yamaha Ray scooter which also comes with full fiber body, doesn't have any cracks. So their explanation is not acceptable and the Ola S1 Pro is the only one with this issue. ഞാൻ ക്യാൻസൽ ചെയ്തു. 7-10 ദിവസങ്ങൾക്കകം 20499യിൽ നിന്നും ചെലവ് കഴിച്ച് അക്കൗണ്ടിലേക്കു വരുമെന്ന് മെയിലുണ്ട്. ഞാൻ 1947 രൂപ നൽകി Simple one ബുക്കു ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. എന്നാലും Ather മതിയെന്ന് ഇപ്പോൾ മനസ്സു പറയുന്നു. ഏതായാലും OLA വേണ്ടന്നു വച്ചു. 21 ന് എനിക്ക് final Payment ലിങ്ക് കിട്ടിയില്ല. മെയിലയച്ചു. ഒരു മറുപടിയും തന്നില്ല. Sep ൽ 20000 രൂപ അടച്ചതാണ്. പക്ഷേ ഇപ്പോഴും തരാറായിട്ടില്ല. ഇനിയും വിശ്വസിക്കുവാൻ ഇവർ ടാറ്റ ഒന്നു മല്ലല്ലോ!

But they are well behind to read the mind of indians. They have got everything right except range. They could have up the range from 80 to 100 - 120km. People are anxious about what will be its range after 5years etc. 70km is just on boarder for most of the people.so they are afraid of that going down after some time. That anxiety can be cleared by giving 120km true range. But seems like they are not interested.

There is something wrong with Fiber quality or paint quality
It is people like you, who TOLERATE such Nonsense by allowing such a Blatant, obvious defect to be counter argued by the manufacturer representative. Just file a case with the Consumer Protection tribunal and make it as serious as possible, so that others are not cheated, atleast. Instead of apologizing and taking immediate action, to have it rectified ASAP, that idiot of a service guy is throwing baseless excuses and you're seen tolerating it without much of a problem. Really shocking.
No i am not tolerating. I have filed complaint to the company directly and they have taken my scooter to the service center. If they fix this, that's good else I will look for next option including consumer court.
