I don't understand why in the Philippines they don't require seatbelts especially carseats. It just shocks me that they just carry children and babies in their laps. Just not safe.
here in the US the speed limit is 65MPH on the freeway and 25-35 on the side streets and people who don't wear seat belts get thrown out of their cars esp babies who aren't strapped in properly. The harness should be chest level. Even people driving on side streets they get hit by a speeding car or a drunk driving get thrown out of their cars and they immediately die because they weren't strapped in properly. Their should be laws with seatbelts esp children and babies whould be in the back of the car with a seatbelt or a carseat. Safety first.

Maganda po yung concept ng food business ni Miss Pia, iba’t-ibang menu inspired by different dishes in Asia. Ang sarap naman po ng mga dishes, lalo na po yung Tonkatsu, itsura pa lang ay nakakatakam na. Ang lawak din po ng condominium unit ni Miss Pia, very cozy.
