It made sense to use Queen’s “Flash” song for this episode. When it aired in 2019, it was coming off of the huge success of “Bohemian Rhapsody”; and all of its many accolades. Their music was being used in everything from commercials to other movies and TV shows. It seemed the right time to use it.

DC movies suffer from a serious lack of consistency. Titles like Wonder Woman and Aquaman are great but others range from okay to subpar. Its like they don't have one person with a good vision for the DCMU coordinating it all, like Marvel does, and it shows.

BvS was a 2.5+ hour movie that not only takes forever to get to the point, but could not find find time within that stretch to make sure it's villain's plan makes sense to the audience on top of said villain being poorly written. We only see Lex´s goal in a scene that's just a few seconds long in the THREE HOUR extended cut. They couldn't put that Lex scene into the theatrical cut but they found time to advertise future movies with two sequences, one of which had no place being in the middle of the movie where it just disrupted the flow. Essentially, the movie is a sloppy mess that desperately needs re-editing into something much shorter and better organized. It had its moments though. The peach tea bit was good.
