It’s absolutely magical. It’s not my all time favorite (that probably is Royal Tobacco) but it’s the one I would keep if I only had to have one fragrance.
Tried the original reflection man for the first time and I don’t know if my nose is sensitive to iris powdery notes but it smelled like the more handsome more successful cousin of Prada l’homme! Powdery clean soapy. Prada is like smelling the scent in 720p and the amouage in 4k. Maybe with a base heavy extrait concentration I’ll smell something other than iris/orris. Will try and sample this soon. Great video 👍
@@theworkingkitchen7325 love the resolution comparison! Sooo fitting! It’s perfect because I sort of agree, the Reflection family has a scent profile that is in itself not super unique, it’s that way it’s put together that works so well!

Since you mentioned Amouage Attars…Do you have any Attar reviews on your channel? Having a large Attar collection, I’ve noticed that applying too much attar oil to a single pulse point will not allow the fragrance to “bloom” or diffuse properly, especially from oily skin. Applying smaller amounts of oil to each pulse points drastically improves diffusion of the fragrance from the skin with excellent longevity. As “Mandy Aftel” mentions in her book, ““Individual body chemistries react differently with the same perfume elements. Some bring out the florals, some the spices, some the animal notes. The skin is a base under the base, and thus base notes form the most intimate connection between perfume and wearer.”” Skin types: Dry = Top Combination = Middle Note Oily = Base Note Fragrances will perform better on your skin if you’re Wearing notes that are the opposite of your skin type. For example,.. Citrus (Top Note) or Florals (Mid note) perform better on Oily Skin and Woody (Base Note) or Oriental (Mid-Base) are enhanced on Dry Skin

would you say the 45 has the same bubble-gummyness that the original has? I say this because somehow, even though i love the brand, i have never tried the original reflection (i know, crazy) until this past weekend, and i was so shocked that it immediately brought a bubblegum association into my head! not sure if i love that, lol.
I don't get much bubble gum in either to be honest; that being said, they smell similar enough to be redundant in my eyes, unless it's your ultimate signature and you want to layer them or something... 45 is definitely richer and deeper with more distinctive ingredients, namely the base notes.
@@SeldomlyOften it's crazy how different noses, skin chemistry, and personal associations can make or break a fragrance haha! For me that bubble gum quality wasn't apparent on tester strips, but after a bit on skin it was SO apparent 🤣
