Ryan Reynolds is a big fan of stray kids and has been for a few years now, and of course Stray Kids are big fans of his and the marvel movies as a whole, so this was a perfect collaboration for everyone involved. They do have a song on the Deadpool ost (slash) you should check it out. A little about the group. Stray Kids are a 4th gen South Korean group consisting of 8 very talented men (they debuted in 2018 as a 9 man group, but one member left in late 2019, so some of their earlier videos will have the extra person in them). They have no set roles and each member can sing, dance and rap. They mix a lot of different genres in their music and are entirely self produced (writing, composing, arranging, producing their own music). The members are Bang Chan (the leader), Lee Know (was a backup dancer for BTS), Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N. @@jih_ooo as a StayTiny i think a LOT of people end up being fans of both groups regardless of who they discover first, which is why people tend to recommend Ateez on Skz reactions & vice versa. I actually think the two groups are quite similar, not necessarily sonically, but they have very similar overall formulas musically in the vein that they both use heavy hitting anthem-like songs as a lot of their main title tracks, but can cross genres with ease & have immensely diverse b-sides from ballads, to pop, to edm, etc. They both kind of have something for everyone & don’t stick to one particular sound or genre. Also their MV & live performance production is always TOP TIER & super captivating & exciting to watch. Also the fact that the members of both groups can pretty much all be considered “all rounders” as they can all rap, sing, & dance exceptionally well & aren’t confined by their specific roles in the group, which is awesome! The fact that they’re besties probably plays into it too lol. We love watching reactors getting to know our fav groups through their music and also by their personalities so I think its less of “trying to promote ateez under skz” & more so “we love both groups & think you will too!” It also gives the reactor more potential options for content so its pretty much a win-win lol. I think its safe to say most k-pop fans are fans of multiple groups, & we just love to see all our favs represented🤗

I actually think the two groups are quite similar, not necessarily sonically, but they have very similar overall formulas musically in the vein that they both use heavy hitting anthem-like songs as a lot of their main title tracks, but can cross genres with ease & have immensely diverse b-sides from ballads, to pop, to edm, etc. They both kind of have something for everyone & don’t stick to one particular sound or genre. Also their MV & live performance production is always TOP TIER & super captivating & exciting to watch. Also the fact that the members of both groups can pretty much all be considered “all rounders” as they can all rap, sing, & dance exceptionally well & aren’t confined by their specific roles in the group, which is awesome! The fact that they’re besties probably plays into it too lol. We love watching reactors getting to know our fav groups through their music and also by their personalities so I think its less of “trying to promote ateez under skz” & more so “we love both groups & think you will too!” It also gives the reactor more potential options for content so its pretty much a win-win lol. I think its safe to say most k-pop fans are fans of multiple groups, & we just love to see all our favs represented🤗
@@kankeydoo don't get me wrong i do really like ateez as a group, it's just that I think skz and ateez' music isn't alike at all (expect that that their both pretty noisy/hard like u said) espeically since skz have their own "genre" (mala). maybe it's just me but I only see atinys recommending ateez under skz reactions nd never stays recommending skz under ateez reactions, that's why I kind of came to the conclusion that its in some way like promotion

Your experience may be different, plus i think its more common to see people reacting to skz since they’re a bigger/more popular group in general so a lot of people tend to discover them first. Like i said, there’s a ton of overlap between stays & atiny so i guess u can take it as “promotion” but i dont think its wrong or weird to do so, i just think there’s a lot of staytinys & we just love sharing & spreading the love & seeing others grow to love our boys as much as we do thats all
