Haliburton is shooting worse from 3 this year than Keegan is... And keegan has been legendarily bad from the 3. I expect both of them to start shooting better at some point. But Fox is just better.
The difference is Keegan is asked to do all the dirty work. He's expected to shoot, but he defends the best player on the other team and he has upped his rebounds while playing the 2nd most minutes in the whole league. I don't know about you, but my shooting would be off if I was literally the only wing on the team asked to do everything on the court. Plus, their schedule has been heinous. A few years ago they played 15 games in 35 days; last year was 32 day; this year 28 days. Their schedule has been brutal....no wonder Sabonis and DeRozan have been out with back strains. People need perspective.
Tyrese dropped 25 and 12 this season. His home/road splits are bad. That’s it. He would’ve been like Trae Young in that Atlanta game if it were him instead of Fox. That’s just one rebuttal to your many disingenuous arguments
From seeing the deals other teams make, we should have gotten way more for Haliburton & Buddy Hield, than just Sabonis, who has no right hand, and no g0-to offensive game, and whom cant protect the rim to save his life. His defense is terrible.
Haliburton is an even worse defender, is injured all the time and is flat out soft. I still think the deal at the time was fair. Sabonis is already an all time fav King.
Alleged fans like you are the absolute worst! You think you know everything but demonstrate nothing but a one-dimensional understanding and view of the game. First off, saying that Domas has “no right hand” is over-the-top hyperbole garbage. Just because he is left-hand dominant doesn’t mean he can’t use or never uses his off-hand. When you have to over-exaggerate a point to sell a point, you have no point! Lastly, even if what you suggest was true - the guy is among the leading rebounders in the league, posts double-doubles more consistently than any other player, and produced 26 triple doubles just last season (led the league). Not having a “right-hand” (allegedly) sure doesn’t seem to matter! Domas is an all-star caliber player and easily the best rebounding and passing BIG in the league next to Nikola Jokic. That’s not a bad place to be, and surely worth a lot.
Haliburton has payed like an all star for two weeks in his career
And the glazing was nonstop during that time.
The trade was made to dump Buddy's salary. Tyrese was sent because Domas' value was higher, and Buddy was unhappy in Sacramento.
