Hey taka It is easier to list the types of the Inquisitor Baptist as simply NotPyro NotHydro NotCryo and NotElectro. Since he always has 3 of 4 types, only 1 is missing
If you are having a hard time getting Refusal of thorns, apply pyro and then use kazuha's burst easy achievement

FYI dendro beast in this location cannot be found until you complete world quest, you can find both hydro and dendro in the "purification spring" domain which is near Hills of Barsom (the domain thats at the most north in the new area)

I haven't been to Purification Spring yet and I fought both beasts. I do have it unlocked though.
For the 00:41 "back for more" achievement, instead of finding the beasts in the overworld, you can use the domain in Hills of Barsom and immobilize the enemies inside it.
The dendro one was challenging for me to find 🖌

do you have to defeat the enemies after you immobilize them or just... walk/teleport away? i tried to get this achievement because i found all 5 beasts and immobilized them but i don't know what i did wrong :(

@@blushingghost5828 you have to hit them after you hit the crystal they spawn... cuz after you hit the crystal, it kinda gets attached to you, and when you attack the enemy, it immobilizes it. you probably just broke the crystal and thought the enemy was immobilized when it wasnt
after about ten tries i finally did the payback time one 💀
The "Like Hopscotch?" achievement is basically teasing Nahida or a reference to her voiceline about playing hopscotch with all the archons 😂
for achievement 'Proof by Exhaustion'
elemental combinations defeated:
1. pyro, cryo, electro ☑️
2. pyro, cryo, hydro ☑️
3. pyro, electro, hydro ☑️
4. cryo, electro, hydro ☑️
edit: this achievement is attainable without collecting the rewards. so don't waste your resin for it people!
do you need to collect the rewards for it to count?
@@arcturus_uro no I don't think so. cuz azhdaha had a similar achievement and i got it without collecting the rewards.
To put it simply we just have to kill this Baptist everyday until we get that achievement?

@@karinaa5558 idk if you still want this answered but yes it's possible to defeat other combinations in coop and have them count towards your achievement

refusal of thorns is way easier with xiangling, just put guoba on one side then ult and run around, will be faster and you'll get the achievement!
@mika a lot easier its with Bennett because Burst is ready and u just do it if u stand in the Center just like video, just one click and i get achievement not need to even move.
12:36 what makes it hard is the boss generate shield too often,
the shield always broken with 2 - 3 hit because he generate a shield that weak againts my element
I feel you... same here. Whenever he put up a shield, I tought I can poke him at least, and the shiel dbroke instantly... guess Ganyu was a wrong choice to poke him.
So for "Proof by exhaustion" I need to wait daily for the baptist to change its 3 elemental rings? Ehhh and here I was speedrunning to get the namecard.

there's another hidden achievement for dendro cube - "Records of the Fall" - burn its vine shell as it's performing a Plunging Attack. (My pyronado was still going so I accidentally hit it)
When that tiny robot destroys Scaramouche’s shield instead of u T-T
14:26 so basically, another “witness the final calamity” mechanic. I haven’t tried the shield characters like zhongli to block this wave.

Why do you need cryo and hydro for its payback time?

i can't get the timing for "it's payback time" right-- every time, i don't have enough energy to take the shield down as he does the attack.

Nvm, just got it. Make sure to get 3 energy things from the elemental things he drops. Bring hydro, cryo and pyro to break them and get energy. I found if I got 3, its enough. 2 is not just enough.

i literally had to change the floor lvl to 70 bc i guess 60 was too easy? and i COULD NOT get enough energy for the neo.

I can’t achieve 0:10 refusal of thorns. Idk my Bennet is able to burn all thorns at the same time.

Am I the only one struggling with the "Despite the barrier between us"? Do I not attack him when he has a shield?.. I've tried different methods but still can't get the achievement somehow..
when he has shield of all elements ( not just the last one, because i was facing the same prob ) dont attack it, when the shield goes down ( it will go down by itself ) attack it then only.
I found a foolproof method:
- Ignore the three elemental rings to stun him - just attack him during that time.
- Bring Kuki as a healer - although you will not even need her - as well as a long-range vaporize team like - preferably - Xingqiu, Yelan and Yoimiya. Yanfei could work in place of Yoimiya if you don't have her. Also, just Xingqiu is fine, too.
- Circle him running casually (not sprinting) from a certain distance whenever his shield is up. Dash whenever he attacks. That way, you will not even get any damage. He will stay in the center of the arena.
- Whenever his shield is down, attack (using vape if possible).
- If he uses a hydro shield, while it is up, refill your hydro bursts.
It only takes a few minutes. To make sure you don't accidentally destroy his shield, the following are taboo:
- Characters who use summons (Fischl, Kokomi, Xiangling, ...). Ayaka's burst can cause you trouble, too, because it might stay on field until the next shield is up.
- Geo characters: The crystallize reaction can break his shield.
- Dendro + Hydro: Because of bloom.
DON'T ever attack his shield - not even a little. A single elemental skill (e.g., Bennett's) might be enough to destroy his shield!
I'm confused. I can't get the first achievement after many attempts. I did exactly what is shown in the video.

Use xiangling burst, or any other aoe burst, and wait for it to get closer.
Other way is to apply pyro and swirl it (i saw that traveller can do it)
Or manually with any pyro, iirc theres 5 section of thorn you need to burn
I managed to get it by bringing only benny. No other teammate.

what did you not understand?
you see the enemy generates a shield of different elemental types, don't attack him when it generates a shield, it will automatically be gone after a while and that's when you can attack him, simply attack the enemy only when it has no shield until you kill it.

Just want to share my personal attempt to get "Despite the Barrier Between Us" achievement. I used a buffed Raiden (C3 Raiden, Bennett, Jade Parcel). After destroying 3 elemental rings, Bennett's burst then Raiden's burst. My Raiden was able to kill the boss before he even put up a shield/barrier. Hope it helps.
