@@elharfe Maybe if you consider the parking space as well,yeah it might be among the biggest but the outlet tenants are quite little,not even rival those of mytown cheras. Maybe ikea should have been built in lembah sireh,bordering the aeon mall,only then this mall can be larger in terms of retail area. Ikea Kota Bharu seems like a good idea but not sure with the purchasing power of Kelantanese since not many factories or industrial areas like in Ikea Tebrau and Ikea Bandar Cassia.
