Thanks for your feedback and criticism. We're a pretty new channel, so still working out the kinks and improving the content. Your feedback is really helpful so thanks dude!
I thought I was the only one bugged by that issue. The Matterhorn is a good looking pick if you want some unassociated footage though. Still enjoyed the video.
The Himalayas are so spectacular looking that it seems like the pictures and video can’t actually be real. It probably doesn’t help my perception that there is a hill called “Mount” Tom near my home that towers a dizzying 1375 feet above sea level, one of a few “one thousanders” in West Central Minnesota. I’m pretty sure nobody has died on Mt Tom in my lifetime, although deer ticks are always a threat. The last time I “sumitted”, it took me a bit to catch my breath up top, although 40 years of smoking and a damaged heart valve didn’t help. The trail from base camp(parking lot)to the top is partially paved, but still takes several treacherous minutes to scale this peak after an ice storm or when the mosquitos are bad.
I really like the narrator's voice you're using, I think it's easy to listen to, but I wish the video had included a bit more details. E.g. when I heard "X more climber/porters died", it made me wonder Who? I realise that maybe it isn't always entirely clear who disappeared/died were, and that sadly the names of individual porters/Sherpas weren't/aren't always viewed as being as noteworthy as the names of the climbers, but I still would've thought that a few more names of at least the climbers where known. Although, I suppose it's not easy to find the right balance between use too few names, and at least I wondered Who was that? But if you'd used everyones names, I maybe still would've wondered Who was that, because it might've felt like a clutter of names. Anyhow, overall I liked the video.
6000 vertical feet. That’s 12,000 feet at 45 degree climb…so they are “only” 2-3 miles away…Ugh. That’s a hike for me even downhill, at sea level on a sunny day…
We’re using ai voice over at the moment because we’re still looking for a good voice actor. As soon as we find the perfect one, he’ll be on the channel!
@@fatallycurious Not talking about the voiceover, the AI imagery for example the way it depicted the climbers is creepy and unwatchable. The similar faces with fake dread written on then...welcome to dystopia. Your response proves you don't have a clue. Give up is a better idea.
Great response! I sub’d because of it. AI has taken over and I’m too old and too conventional to accept the BS it often shovels. Just don’t give the narrative to AI. Perhaps for a first run, but we all know within seconds when AI wrote the story and if you don’t have the time to create the context, I ( we) don’t have the time to watch. We can make our own AI stories just like anyone else. Good luck. I will be following your progress and hopeful success. One last thing. Either stay in your wheelhouse or truly put the effort in required to intelligently discuss your subject…it will pay dividends.
Just cranking up. Let’s give them a chance. Hopefully they will learn that AI narrators and content creation is something we can do ourselves with a few clicks. Maybe they will evolve, maybe they will die. I’m gonna watch and see…
Great story, thank you.
Hate videos that show irrelevant pictures. Narrative was good, but really, the Matterhorn is supposed to represent a mountain in the Himalayas?

Everyone knows the Matterhorn is in Florida, or is it Disneyland in Ca? I always mix them up.
Anyway, it’s not something you see on a Himalayan trek.

Quick question, is the thumbnail available to download anywhere?
Would make an awesome screensaver

Check the ending. It just cut off mid sentence.
Thank you, great story.
Actually couldn't finish....the future is going to be shitty AI

Alright dude. Thanks but no thanks
@@fatallycurious😂😂 how can I try out for being a voice actor? Do I just send a voice recording of me telling a story? On mail or?

The AI use is absolutely terrible. Unwatchable
AI garbage

AI fail.
Coolies??? Nanga Parbat … is pronounced with accent on 1st syllable of Parbat. What a hoax this crap is!
Why is this legal?? Unnecessary and deadly there is no reason to do this. Just to say you did it... Who cares frfr
Use another AI voice.
