Without being too negative, I just want to say that there is also the 'law of exception to every rule'. Not all what goes round comes round....at least, not in my case.
I liked this but I still feel lost about the whole giving to receive aspect. I'm a logical person so not seeing a 1:1 return or how I've felt it to be boggles me.
Jason E Wallace It's cause and effect. If you're thinking about it "logically", then that's probably why it doesn't make sense to you. You're probably wondering why is it that you can give someone $100 and not receive exactly $100 (or more) in return. If you're counting or keeping track, then maybe you should ask yourself some questions: are you giving from a place of abundance or a place of lack? Are you giving ONLY because you're expecting to receive something back? Are you giving from the kindness of your heart?
I am compassionate in many ways, helping whenever I can and in turn these people 99 1/2 % of the time turn against me. I wonder why? I help and I give because it is what the Most High God wants us to do, not because if I give I am going to be prosperous, that to me is bargaining with The Lord. In other words, that stuff of giving in order to be Prosperous, does NOT WORK
You're helping the wrong people...go out in the streets and help a person facing real life problems like hunger...It will always come back to you not to mention you'll feel a sense of responsibility since you helped another being
