Its a pity you didnt show us how u use the looper with ONE bead only. For me, as soon as i saw you using 2 beads i figured u have the same problem that i have. The loops are not close enough to the beads, leaving an excess of wire; so the bead slides along the wire. This looper does do perfect loops, but what to do regarding excess space & wire? Owning the 3 loopers i can vouch all three have this problem. Is it possible there are deviations in the actual product?
Even with one bead there is still some play between the beads and loop. The designers seem to have noticed that there was very little chances to make a pair of pliers that could remove that slack without risking damage to the bead.
Hello, Here is a link to our 1 Step Looping Pliers. Unfortunately there is not a 2mm, but there is a 1.5mm and 2.25mm. Thank you for the question! www.cooltools.us/SearchResults.asp?Search=1-step+looper&Submit=Search
I understand there are 2 different ones to make 2 different sizes loops. Which one are you using, 1.5mm or 3mm? Can you show the two different loops next to each other? Thank you!
Tool doesn't make loos makes oval open hooks, doesn't cut, twists and wire gets stuck!!!!! three thumbs down!!!! absolutely doesn't do what the video is describing!
I have this tool and if the wire does not clear the cutting section then yes it wont form the loop properly. I have noticed sometimes the loop is cocked open like if you open it for connecting to your selected finding or other links. Until today I have only made simple loops with round nose pliers. I find practice makes perfect with any tool.
just got one and love it...the last motion of moving back and forth at the end helps keep it nice and even.

I love this tool...I make rosaries and from six hours before this tool to about an hour with tool....sure makes my life easier....love it....
I invested in one and I have absolutely no regrets. If you don't have one pleads get

Wow- this is so awesome!!
The video said you can use 16ga to 18ga wire, can't use smaller wire such as 20 Ga 22ga 24, 26 etc..?
Hi Kerry, these pliers can use wire from 24 to 18 gauge. You can find them here: www.cooltools.us/Pliers-Forming-1-Step-Big-Looper-3mm-p/plr-547.htm

Looks like the smaller 1.5mm size tool.
That's the 1.5mm but there is now the 2.25mm and if course the 3mm loopers.
They also make a 2.25. So you have 3 size tools

If you make Rosary's DO NOT BUY THIS TOOL as it leaves you with too much slack from bead to loop.
