Just watched the film. I must say it's really a beautifully-made animation. The storyline is good and flows well too. Love the graphics and song choices.
From what I get from the trailer and this is that he has to kill her (most likely his kid) because of the whole Nine Tail Fox issue but couldn’t. Now he has to go on an epic quest to find some sort of loophole to regain his god ship title that the other gods took from him because their being Ass’s and hopefully not kill the adorable fox girl!
Close, and I know it's been a year but basically he has to kill the fox girl, but couldn't because she was holding a kid hostage, which then the gods punish him for not killing the fox.
